“A bit of context: My mother is getting older--and she's shrinking ! The point is that none of her older clothes fit properly anymore. And while it's easy for me to find casual clothing for her, I have no idea what her current "size" is (beyond the generic small, medium and large).I took my mother into the "Ann Talyor" store inside the Manhattan Village shopping center. I explained my predicament to the salesperson. This store staff was very helpful in identifying my mother's clothing size (per the Ann Taylor brand) and ordering the items we wanted, with free shipping to the house.The bottom line is that I really needed help to make a purchase, and I feel I got a high level of customer centric service.”

It's a step down both literally and figuratively but they still look glamorous and very sexy. And if a geek from Saved By The Bell wears them, they're Screechers. And if my cats wear them, they're Scratchers. And if you wear them at Burning Man, they're Scorchers. And if you wear them in your hear, they're Scrunchies. Now I must be on drugs because, like, look at my reviews. Plus I have the Munchies. I mean the Scrunchies. I mean the Skechers.”

“Store 01044 - Associate 100871 Tabitha - Transaction 118441.Loyal Skechers customer who has bought at least 15 different pair of D'Lites in womens size 10 WIDE over the years. LOVE THEM. But the last pair I bought seemed off. The left shoes "toe box" seemed narrower, and pushed in my left pinky toe to the point that it blistered horribly and after trying to wear them over three weeks or so, I couldnt walk, I thought I just needed to break them in, although I never had to do that. Anyhow, I went to the store today and explained the issue to Tabitha. She offered to accept a return against a different pair, which I didnt expect. I have never returned a pair of shoes, ever. I did have them in the car, so I gave them to her and she showed me where more wide styles were to choose from. I tried on and bought two pair. I am very grateful for Tabitha's professionalism and for how she listened to my problem. I will remain a loyal customer! Corporate needs to hear about Tabitha! PS- My husband only wears Skechers boots. He has foot issues and the other brands hurt his feet (Like Nike or Fila). He will only by Skechers!”
