We called Genesis Copiers; Charles came the same day and quickly diagnosed the problems and provided us several options. Everything was explained clearly and straightforwardly. We ended up taking his suggestion and bought a used copier, which was returned from a short-lease. A new copier was delivered and installed the very next day. “Took my bose mini link speaker into fast repair for battery replacement , owner was both honest and very helpful in checking my charger and found it was my charger not the battery. He spent a lot of time with diagnosis and even re-screwed the battery back in which required a special took. Definitely recommend and will use service in the future.”

“If I could give 10 stars I would. I am so pleased with how quick, efficient, and cost-effective they were in servicing my MacBook, which had water damage. They diagnosed the problem to a corroded sensor, and replaced just that part for much less than I had expected given that I did not have AppleCare. I love that they are an authorized Apple service provider as well, so I was able to schedule an appointment through my AppleCare app.”
