“Have had Equiptek work on several pieces of equipment that needed repair over the years and I have come to enjoy when the need arises to go visit Felix. In a world where the answer to most failures is to discard and replace, I love that Felix can diagnose and repair well used units and return them back to service. Very knowledgeable; reasonable and prompt service. cannot recommend more highly!”

“Had difficulty with a phone, went back the next day & Danessa helped us regardless how much time it took out of her day. On top of helping us she managed to multitask & help out another 6 customers that would come in while we were there. Very respectful, very kind & inviting. Super friendly. Made the process super easy.. loved her. Great service.”

“Nice, clean well stocked store. The manager is an Indonesian woman not the cool, older white guy I thought it was. Caution, you will encounter the little short Indonesian male a**hole often running the store who causes customers much woe which I'm sure karma will come back to haunt him one day. Anyway my sister attempted to buy a car charger from a promotional box full of them that read buy one get one free. He tried to sell me only one charger which appeared used and dirty. When she asked about the second one free and a cleaner first charger he got very upset told her it was a old promotion and that these items can't be sold, She then asked to buy my lotto tickets and he refused saying I have the right to refuse service to anyone and told her to get out. Confused at what just transpired she left unaware during the commotion that she left two credit cards on the counter. After the first encounter, in the following days this clerk saw her twice, making eye contact with her getting out of her car going to the store next door. He only spoke up about having her credit cards when she came in to the store again to speak with the store manager.Conduct your transactions clear and count your change before leaving because this particular clerk has proven to be dishonest. If you have problems here trust that it is not you. Contact Chamber of commerce or the police department, if serious enough.”
