The staff (Manuel at Menlo Park, Ca.) on duty while I went there was very nice, helpful and well versed about mattresses. He went above and beyond to satisfy about three clients who were there at the same time. He deserves an award, he’s a good ambassador of this company .Also, the delivery team was awesome. They did a perfect job setting up my bed in no time and clean up the empty boxes. Kudos to this company with good customer service and good products. “Store manager Cody could not have provided better customer service. The remote for my 93-year-old dad's lift assist recliner failed which meant we couldn't get get my dad into or out of the chair. Cody came to our house on a Saturday to trouble shoot. Once he determined it was a remote component, he verified it was under warranty and placed the order. He also researched and ordered (at our request) expedited shipping as the piece of equipment is so important for my dad's well-being. This level of service is unheard of and we are deeply grateful for it. We will definitely be Relax The Back repeat customers.”

Both locations have an excellent selection of the highest quality of accessories, sofas, lamps, bedding, decorative pillows, etc., and displayed impeccably. It's hard to leave empty handed! In addition the staff always welcomes me with a warm and friendly smile, The manager Joe, is very well versed; he's extremely knowledgeable and always willing to assist (as is his staff) me. He has such a great personality, so professional, courteous and his laugh is infectious!”

“I schedule my monthly lunch with my good friend at Bisto Vida just to have the excuse to shop in Selby House after lunch (Well also because we love Bistro Vida - 5 stars). In the past few months I've picked up three different types of side tables, lamps, Christmas decorations, a few chairs, a luxe wall mirror, a wrought iron gated piece, a preserved plant and urn, an oversized faux vintage British wall clock...I'm obsessed. Kristen is always so pleasant and helpful, Elizabeth has an amazing eye for finding beautiful and interesting pieces - we love their policy of delivering at no charge and letting us see if it works in our home before purchasing.”
