Good start 3 yrs ago. Poor finish. Complications moving funds to our replacement financial institution(s). Could not reach them by phone on multiple occasions. Ultimately transferred all our funding and closed the account.

Came here to open a certificate of deposit right near opening at 10:00 am on Saturday. There was only one teller working and he mentions I have to make an appointment to open the account. I first mentioned how come this is not mentioned anywhere on their website that I have to make an appointment. I then asked what times he had available and he says the earliest is 3 pm that day since he has 8-9 appointments booked already. While I don't blame the guy as he is the only one working the branch today, but why bother opening on Saturdays if there isn't adequate staffing? There should at least be 2 people working at a branch if you are open. This is bad management for a bank in my opinion. I took my money to another bank as they were matching the CD rates. Already a red flag even if I wanted to open a savings account and have to make an appointment just to make simple deposits/withdraws at the branch.
