We called Drapinski's because our LG OLED TV was acting possessed - turning on and off at will and unresponsive to the remote - and tech support at LG was absolutely no help. Alan at Drapinski 's spent 20 minutes on the phone with us and was able to come up with a possible diagnosis, which seems to have fixed the problem. This place is an example of why local businesses are so important to our communities. They know their stuff and are great people.

ThIS BUSINESS IS ABSOLUTELY SUPERIOR in Customer Service and Quality Repairs!!!! They Go way beyond any other business, to follow through and do an excellent job. I went in to the store at 9AM, according to the sign post store hours, they should have been open. The front door was unlocked, the shop door where their trucks were parked was wide open. I walked in, found someone in the back and I asked if they were open? He said he didn't know what time it was, but began to help me pick out a TV that I was shopping for. I did purchase a TV and scheduled a time for it to be delivered, only because I did not have anyone to help, otherwise I would have just had it loaded into my vehicle. I will admit their pricing was the same as the nearest other larger retailer, but wanting to support a local business, I went to Drapinsky. The day of delivery, I tried to prepare by clearing the area to swap out my older TV for the new TV and then waited. The time I was told would be between 9:30 and 10:30 AM, by 11:30 I called to see if it was even coming. Apparently, someone forgot to add it to the schedule and after a few apologies, I was told it would arrive later in the afternoon. So now I am currently waiting. I understand it is a family business, as I was reminded a few times during my shopping experience that they have been in business 96 years and they did have a back log of repairs. However, I did just spend a lot of money for what I was told a "Top of the line" TV and though hoping for same day delivery, I gave the option of two days later and was told it would work out. I will say, I had planned on buying a different TV when I walked in, but after being shown the difference between what I wanted and what is better, I went with the better option. They do seem to know and have the ability to show your options and the knowledge of what is best for you. I really want to support a local business and I really liked the people I dealt with, so hopefully I can change my rating once I receive the TV I had purchased.

Writing this on behalf of my parents who had Drapinski install multiple TV & audio systems...and then never followed up. The initial install was 2 years ago and despite repeated attempts to contact Drapinksi and get someone to complete the promised service follow-up, it has never happened - EVEN when Drapinkski schedules someone to come, they don't show up. So now my aged parents are struggling to even run their own TV and streaming services, which, let's face it - aren't always intuitive, because they never received final set up or instruction from the people they paid to help them. Really disappointing.

These guys were great. They really know what they are doing. Although it took a little time to schedule the installation, Ron and Shaun did a terrific job. They really know their products and know how to install them quickly and easily. I was quite impressed with the way they worked together. In addition to purchasing a receiver, Sonos Amp, fan and Wifi gear, I also purchased a new 65 inch TV. When Ron came to the house for the install he told me that my current Sony TV was fine and I really didn't need a new one. The old one just needed to be adjusted. Can't beat that for integrity. In addition, even though they are a small operation in Napa, their prices are competitive with the big box stores. Can't beat that. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

My husband and I met with Ron, the President of Drapinski TV today. He spent 1 1/2 hours with us trying to problem solve our TV issues. He provided us several options to try when we returned home. We were willing and ready to purchase a new TV or equipment but he encouraged us to try other things first...there was NO sales pitch, just excellent customer service.

Don't expect tech support, follow~up or customer service after sale. They are happy to take your money to sell products but that is about it.
