I’ve been a customer for 5 years and I’m writing this review about the changes I’ve noticed with the service team.In the old building, the service team didn’t seem to be too happy but I figured it was because of the limited phone and internet technology (or so they told me). When they moved to the newer building, I thought their mood and service would improve but I still got the feeling they were unhappy so I didn’t enjoy bringing my car in for service.I’ve noticed a huge difference in efficiency with the new service team. Some new recent improvements is that (1) I can now schedule my appointment online and (2) they have also integrated with Lyft so that I could go home during the day when they worked on my vehicle. I specifically appreciate my interactions with Jimmy. He is professional and informative and seems to enjoy providing great service. Kudos to the new service team at Hanlees!

Just had my tail light lens replaced and it was the wrong size and color (tint) also the last time we brought our car they said no charge for a diagnostic and when we had them put the lens on they charged us for the diagnostic from last time they are avery shady outfit check your receipt very carefully also don't hesitate to call BAR 1-800-952-5210 and report them like I did will never do business with these people again

Best car buying experience ever. Jeremy, Vern, Nick and Carlos were great. This wasn't a low pressure buying experience, it was no pressure. Great energy and vibes. We love our new Wrangler. Thanks guys!

If you go to have your car serviced deal with Jimmy Sanchez. Professional, straightforward , knowledgeable. He makes sure it get done right and on time. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I purchased a new wagoneer the experience was a good one but that is where it ended they never put the temp regs in the car and keep telling me they are going to drop it off but have not seen them it is lie after lie

ALOT of trucks,SUVs and cars available! The staff was great! They even had a Hellcat SRT Challenger available if you feel the need! Went in to upgrade our2014 cherokee, and left 90min. In a 2021 grand Cherokee w/ a 7yr. Warranty! We even got a big Red bow to top it off!!! You gotta go see Mark, Mitchell & Jimmy if you need service, a new ride or just wanna drool over some real sweet vehicles- if you're near Napa or just passing by- ! I need some scheduled maintenance, recall, and a broken visor worked on. Made the appointment, dropped the Jeep off and it was ready in just a few hours. Great service.

Chrysler needs to get told of their bad practices, wondering if they would screw me just for a oil change,and do the oil change right. I have a 05 Chrysler Sebring touring convertible with 20,000 miles. they don't sound trustworthy.

These guys got me into my new baby! The service Tony (the GM) and Scott in sales provided was amazing. No pressure and both were extremely informative. It’s great to know you can go some place where the staff are fully educated about the vehicles they’re selling. I would without hesitation recommend this dealership as a place to get a new vehicle.

Super disappointed! Bought my Jeep Rubicon in Napa. Hasn’t been a pleasant experience since. No idea who I am. Standard oil change took 2 hours longer with zero communication letting me know. Did not do the simple task of resetting my oil life. Ordered a windshield a week and a day ago, no communication that it’s at the dealership as I drive around with a half smashed windshield. Customer service has not been ideal. Meh

I bought my first vehicle here and Toni was absolutely amazing, he worked so hard to get me the best deal and I’ll forever be greatful! And then there was Antony who was very helpful and friendly! He kept me company when Toni was doing the paperwork! He is also the one who gave me MY keys when it was time to take my jeep home! Thank you guys for everything!!

Would give the service department 0 stars if I could. Terrible manners first of all from the front desk. Had to rent a rental car because of their mistakes that weren’t caught the first time I brought my car in.. Brought my car in at two separate occasions not even a month apart for them to tell me different problems and make me pay 2 different diagnostics. When they could have done more searching the first time I brought it in instead of telling me it was a different problem and they didn’t find it the first time. What a rip off and a scam. Never coming back again, will give my service elsewhere. Don’t take your jeeps here for service.

Back again! Upgraded myself to a new Rubcion Jeep myself! The GM Tony and his team have made this purchase just as great as the last one! Thank you again! Glad to have another Jeep in the driveway!Smoothest purchase I’ve made yet. My kids got a jeep for their bday present and it was the easiest transaction I’ve made buying a car. Big thanks to Big Tony and his team at the store! I’m out of kids to buy for but I’ll be back when I’m ready to upgrade! Go down and see Tony at the Napa Jeep store. He has done a great job with this place!
