Been here several times. I took 2 different Spin classes here. They were fine, but they don't seem to offer rhythm-based riding where you ride to the beat and do choreography. I prefer rhythm riding because it's more fun and feels less like a workout. So will be going to other fitness studios for spin class. Haven't tried the other classes at HQ yet. Theres a good amount of cardio machines, which I love! And facilities feel very clean! Both women and men's locker room have a steam room, sauna, hot tub. Showers have multiple hangers for towels etc, and bulk amenities of body wash, shampoo, conditioner. There is ample vanity space to get ready, and even hair dryers. Though I did find the hairdryers I used aren't powerful enough for me. There's a lot of lockers! I see other reviews about unfriendly staff. It does seem that front desk staff seem to not be outwardly friendly, but when I ask a question, they've been helpful. The front desk does appear to be manned by people who look like they're in their early 20s, and that type of behavior feels typical for some in that age group. Not a big deal to me. Would recommended based on amenities and cleanliness alone!

Considering how much real estate costs in the area, the place is probably about as good as gyms are going to get. There's honestly not much else to say. It's kinda cramped. Most of the machines are old and rundown, but it works. It does the job. The employees up front were all polite and professional. And as with any gym, it's very important how the members are. All the members I encountered were all good, also. No problems.

I love HealthQuest Fitness. Newly remodeled energy wing includes yoga studio , and aerial acro yoga! (I have done acro yoga before but aerial??? ) Upstairs is the spin studio ,power pump studio and boxing combat gym. There are separate mens' womens' locker rooms with sauna and hot tub, shower stalls with spa shower gel and conditioner dispensers in locker rooms. Hair dryers and rest lounge. Access to lap pool and large wading pool for swim lessons and aqua aerobics. Huge gym! Huge pool area. Child Care and complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby. It is a very popular gym with excellent dedicated internationally renowned fitness and wellness instructors on staff also warning... there are senior citizens who can definitely beat u in combat here Also there is high security in the building and cameras to protect members ** others mention unfriendly front desk... they are always busy folding towels or on the phone and busy.. which is not a bad thing.. I guess they could smile a lot more which I hear is good for health ... their own and others and couldn't hurt

Overall community at this gym is great, but one of the most unfriendly staff at a gym I've ever been too. Some of the front desk staff will greet you and others will act like they don't see you. Cleanliness of the facilities is hit or miss.

The community here at HealthQuest is like no other gym in Napa. This probably has a lot to do with it being Napa's longest running gym. Mary Anne, Gloria and Soledad are always so friendly and welcoming! The gym is always sparkling clean. My favorite parts about this gym are how they have a child care facility, amazing classes and an on site massage therapy business called Mobile Fascia. Oh and members get 20% off of all bodywork! I love this gym so much and have no plans on going anywhere else.

Definitely love this gym. I am a local member but before choosing this gym I visited a lot throughout the Bay Area even in Los Angeles I was a visitor to a few. When I found out about HealthQuest I knew that it was what I was looking for; but I did not imagine that in a short time it would give me the body that in my mind I had dreamed of having! I would pay double if necessary! I definitely love this gym ❤️

Clean and well maintained, with nice locker rooms and showers. I got a membership recently and love the drop-in, no-additional-cost classes.

A little bit expensive but they do have an excellent towel service, the pool is clean and the hot tubs and showers are hot and plentiful whenever I’ve been in. Locker locks work. Men’s locker room is clean. Staff are pleasant AND free coffee! To lap swim you must schedule your swim within 24 hours with front desk or on the app. There’s a ‘community’ feel to this club. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

I came down to visit kids and grandkids for a few weeks and was very pleased to have a temporary membership that enables me to continue my workout routine from home. The staff are nice and the facility has great options on equipment!

One of the best gyms I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. I buy a one month membership every summer when I visit my daughter in Napa, and I have a great lap pool (swimming is my thing), large well outfitted cardio and strength rooms, and a spa. The women's facilities are incredibly clean, with fluffy towels, a sauna, steam, jacuzzi, large lockers with self-coded locks. Nice body products in the showers. The staff - friendly and always busy running the front desk, replenishing towels and supplies. Thanks for such a great facility - wish I had this at home!

I’ve been a member for years. The quality of the equipment, the fabulous staff, the epic cleanliness and the amenities that sold me on the membership keep me coming back. I’m a fan and so grateful it’s so close to home 10 out of 10.

I have worked out in this gym for a decade and it has changed. This gym has great features and everything necessary for serious bodybuilders and powerlifters but would rather be a spa than a gym. They drove the bodybuilders and powerlifters out a few years ago.The atmosphere is more like a shopping mall than a place where people work hard. The gym floor features light bubblegum pop and 90s eurobeat and is painted in soothing pastels. There's a snack shop which features all the newest health fads in tiny health fad portions. Light jazz plays in the locker rooms.God forbid you actually work hard and make noise. Weather you drop or bang your weights or you accidentally bellow during a set, you are scaring their clientele away and you are sure to hear about it.This gym has decent equipment and if you are a powerlifter or bodybuilder you can work out, but you will feel out of place.
