I took my car in for a trade and Lamont Jones had a Chevy Trailblazer picked out for me I absolutely love it! My race went even better than I could have asked for the whole deal was great and Lamont treated me like a queen. I bought my trade from him also I would recommend him ! Truly an honest person and salesman!

Jimmy Vasser Chevrolet told me I needed new front right and left wheel bearings and that my warranty wouldn't cover the repair. I decided to decline the repair at this time. Upon pickup they managed to give my truck back to me with a check engine light on AT THE DEALERSHIP. I was told the next day after having to bring my truck back in that the check engine light was on because during the inspection a technician INTENTIONNALY left a connector disconnected.I went to two dealerships and had my wheel bearings inspected and was told there wasn't any problem with them. I was also informed that if there was a problem with them, my warranty would fully cover the repair.All in all, if I wasn't resourceful and paid attention to critical details, I would of paid out of pocket for a repair I didn't need, under a warranty that would cover the repair, and with another inspection fee to find out why I had a check engine light on.Do better, the people are watching.

UPDATE: I wanted to clarify that I left a voicemail and sent an email to the service manager per the 'response' from my initial review. I have received no follow up from anyone at Jimmy Vassar Chevrolet. My 2022 Colorado with 15,000 miles left me stranded on the side of the road. Dealer diagnoses the situation as transmission cooler lines which backed out of the transmission housing. They claimed that this was due to abuse and refused to cover it under warranty. Dealer could not elaborate on what type of abuse would cause the lines to back out of the transmission but went on to say that maybe you ran over something. I am in my 50's, run my own business and have never had anything like this happen to an essentially new vehicle. Nor have I EVER had such a horrible experience with a dealership. I filed a complaint with GM corporate and they refuse to discuss the issue. I find it unfortunate that I can't rely on American product to run my American business.

For the second time we brought out suburban down there for some brake work....dropped it off at 8:30 to be picked up at 12:30. For the second time, they didn't touch the car and asked us to reschedule. Terrible, terrible service. Buying a Ford.

Had my truck for 48 hours to fix a tire issue. Said they balanced the tires, but now my trucks steering wheel is wobbling like crazy at speeds past 58Mph. A truck with on 26K miles shouldn’t do this.UPDATE: Vasser rep reached out and we got this all resolved within a few hours the next business day. Upgraded to 5-stars for follow up.

On 9/1/23, I went online to view used cars in Napa Ca. I did my research on a 2011 Honda Fit Sport they had on Special, I found a couple things that needed to be repaired, they fixed the problems, We picked up the car on Saturday with payment and out the door with the car. The integrity of the staff is top notch. The follow through from Janothone was awesome. Just purchased a beautiful Corvette from Jimmy Vasser Chevrolet. Drove nearly 3 hrs for this particular vehicle, Raymond Gramlich was wonderful. His integrity, communication and customer service skills were beyond excellent. We had a very positive experience with Raymond at Chevy when buying our car this year. After having a couple very pushy car salesman experiences at other dealers, dealing with Raymond was a breath of fresh air and we highly recommend him. He patiently went through the car features and helped us walk through all of the sales touchpoints in the purchasing process without coming across as aggressively selling anything. He was transparent about the process and always very friendly. He even went above and beyond in helping redeem a rebate after we had already paid, which we really appreciated.

Many was so helpful. He worked with me from start to finish. He went above and beyond to help me get my vehicle fixed and back on the road as soon as possible. The technician was a great asset to the Jimmy Team with recommendations on my vehicle . Technician Alex was a great help with answering questions or helping me get my house keys off my car ring so I was lock out of my home! Thank you everyone!

Excellent Service. I tried a few dealerships before I spoke to Jonathan who was my sales contact at Jimmy Vasser. unlike many sellers who keep pushing for a store visit and personal info, he was willing to discuss everything before I visited the dealership . Courteous, honest and friendly staff. They were able to get me the best loan rates as well which was exceptionally different from others I wonder why other dealerships couldn't be more interested in satisfying buyers needs than pushing the traditional sales pitch and process. I really had a good buying experience here at Jimmy Vasser.

**UPDATE: My “review” was published from an email I received requesting feedback for the business. My comments were intended for the business but were published. It is not my nature to attack a business without first giving them a chance.*Adam in the service department is making a fantastic attempt at turning this business around. He has proven that he cares about customer service and the dealership has completed an acceptable resolution to my issue. Based on this interaction we will most likely return to this business for future vehicle needs.The volt seems to be fixed. Time will tell if the issue is completely resolved. Took weeks at the service department. Most disappointed with the damage inflicted to front left panel. Dent and two nicks out of the paint. I don’t know if it happened while being worked on or while it sat in your parking lot for weeks. It definitely wasn’t delivered to you in that condition. I would never choose to patronize your dealership nor would I ever recommend you to others. You happen to be located in the town I live which makes it the unfortunate convenient choice.
