Stopped in this morning looking for shoes suitable for kitchen work. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. They had a very good selection of quality non slip shoes as well as shoes for all occasions. I'll for sure be making the drive back there when I need shoes. And to top it off they treat hospitality workers very well. Highly recommend this store!! Excellent value.

Good selection of quality shoes at lower prices. I got a $140 pair of Dansko sandals for $89.99 and I love them! Good selection of Birkenstocks and Taos, among other brands. Good customer service too. I'm so glad I found them, as I was in Napa for a short time and needed the sandals for an event.

This store is great. They have a good selection of Dansko, Birkenstock, Blundstone, Kork-Ease etc... They carry comfy shoes that have some flair and appeal, they are high quality shoes that are not dowdy. Every time I go in the staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Think about it. Would you rather buy shoes at Lark and support a local business - or buy them from a conglomerate company whose magnate bought a $500+ million dollar yacht. Lark Shoes is a better choice.

I went in earlier today and the sales people greeted me and then gave me a few minutes to browse before asking me if there was anything I wanted to try on. Myra ended up helping me and was patient with me trying on a whole bunch of different boots and shoes and even suggested other things similar to what I was trying. I have a challenging sized foot to find shoes for (women's 10.5) but they had a good selection of things in my size. At the end I also mentioned that I had been thinking of trying out new insoles in the shoes I walked in wearing and Myra immediately pulled out a pair of insoles that fit my shoe perfectly and made my existing shoes more comfortable and supportive! It wasn't cheap but I guess quality products and helpful people are worth paying a bit more for. Will definitely be shopping here more in the future!

I took my sister here to get new shoes. She is disabled and uses a walker so she cannot handle large retail stores. What a delight to find ample chairs and helpful staff to greet you. I hardly knew that old school shoe stores still exist, but Lark's is like stepping back in time when someone with knowledge of the shoes in stock will help you find the perfect pair of shoes.

Certainly lived up to their bad reputation! I purposely missed pronounced Vivonic shoes that I asked for after looking about (like chickens do when looking for something) of the 3-4 workers- the one girl who was helping the only other customer asked me "how are you doing?" and pointed to the display. I then looked around the store for about 5 more minutes- NO one asked to help or assist me. Shame- I was 14 years old and was a far better salesperson/identifier of "purchaser" than any of the "sales" reps. You go INTO that store knowing a person is going to drop at LEAST 250! Well, this store is certainly NOT helping retailers in the area unfortunately- I'll get my shoes on line. It's obvious this store isn't "open for business"

Was going to buy over $400 worth of 2 pairs of shoes but the women was so rude and not understanding to what I was saying. I let her know I needed a new work shoe because my danskos that Iv stood behind this product for 13 year is now leaving a mark on my foot and she told me my shoes aren't work shoes, Haha yes it's my day off and I'm in sandals( also not dansko). Thank you so much for not listening when you ask if I needed help and thinking I have no idea what I'm talking about. Really wanted shoes but I'd rather order online.

I just had another super experience at Lark's Shoes. I walked in and both of the staff greeted me and asked if they could help me find something. I explained that I needed new athletic shoes for walking with great support and they immediately suggested the Hoka's. Tiffany brought out three pair for me and the first pair I tried on was heaven. Then I moved to replacing my Dansko's and found a pair. They seemed a little looser than my regular pair and so Tiffany brought out the next size down and tried to find me another pair of the same size because they are hand made and another pair may be a tiny bit different. She was happy to bring out any shoes I wanted and did so with a generous smile. To me that is wonderful customer service and definitely above and beyond. I love to shop local and I have always had good experiences with Lark Shoes. Additionally I saw them spraying and wiping down my chair as I left which gave me peace of mind and shows they care about their customers. You can shop online but please buy at Lark Shoes.

Visited on Nov 3, 2020 at 5pm. One of the staff was VERY rude. I was looking for a specific shoe, staff member very rudely told me, Well, we can't carry every shoe.." It was gross, off-putting and I left feeling very upset.

I had an unfortunate experience here this past week. I don't plan on coming back. Upon entering the store neither of the two sales associates greeted me or offered assistance. At one point I was in the back of the store and an associate needed to get past me so she said "excuse me", typically I wouldn't find this to be rude but it was like she was finally acknowledging me but didn't want to greet/ help me. Mind you there was only one other customer in the store. It was a little awkward. My first job was in a Payless and that would have been a big no no! Finally, when another sales rep asked me if I needed help (mind you still no warm greeting), she returns with nothing in hand because of lack of availability but doesn't suggest an alternative. Not helpful, not kind, not welcoming, not impressed! If you're going to charge $100 plus for mediocre shoes you better have world class customer service. Time to re-train your staff.

I liked this store. For the past eleven years living in Napa I would stop here for shoes. They just re-opened after the shut down and I was excited to get my son a pair of sandals for the Summer since I was waiting to give my money to a local store rather than shop online. The woman on the floor acted like it was such a burden to help me. She pulled her mask on when I walked in, with a disgruntled look on her face and was displeased when I didn't take the shoe they had held for me which wasn't the one I had asked for. When I asked what other sandals they had in that size she right out told me that she can't go in the back and search every sandal and I need to pick a color before she goes in the back. I won't be supporting this store anymore. The people that helped me in the past were helpful and kind but it's terrible judgement to hire someone who hates customers walking in. You just inspired me to order online next time Lark Shoes!
