Very disappointed in this store. I came in as my phone had water damage. I have a insurance policy on my phone and i could have paid $100 to replace it through insurance, however this would take a few days. The other option that was offered was a promotion deal for magenta members, and you could get a free iPhone just had to pay activation fees and tax. I chose to do this. I am now looking at my plan online, and i am paying a monthly fee for this phone. I was NEVER told about this when purchasing this phone. I am reaching out to customer service as i was not informed at all of the 800$ phone that i was buying, as it was "a free promotion". I was lied to and this is ILLEGAL.

Broderick F. Octavio and Cristina were very helpful today in solving my issues with the Home Internet.I felt valued as a customer and respected with the provided service. I will likely be changing plans from Verizon to TMobile due to the incredible deals and great people.These three definitely deserve recognition if not higher compensation.

T-Mobile has always treated me very well. It's a pretty good company it's not too bad for people apparently but I do I do recommend this company to anybody who wants to get a cell phone.

I have come to this store for an array of needs and the staff has always been great. Yohawnn has helped me on a number of occasions and was great to work with when my grandfather was purchasing his first smart phone. Friendly environment. The store can get really busy.

This was my second experience in this specific location the first time they helped me reset my phone and reset my screen for me , the second visit was just a screen replacement but I'm leaving a review because both the employee helping me and the manager remembered me from my first visit and my son who was with me. They were fun and engaging and made a routine visit seem special! I'll recommend this location to anyone who has T-Mobile and anyone who doesn't great customer service and quick resolution! Thanks!

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff! This review is long overdue! I went in with a completely shattered phone, and was welcomed by two employees, Cristina and Melanie, who were up front helping a customer. I didn't respond because they were so far away and working with someone. Thinking I might not have heard them, they welcomed me again. While Cristina was being more than helpful with switching out my phone, Victor walked in from the back and also welcomed me. Cristina walked me though payments and helped me get all the proper accessories from my new phone. Will definitely be returning to this location.

This is a mixed bag place. The main problem is that it is desperately understaffed and because of that the customer service is terrible. That is not to insult the staff. They are mostly a smattering of friendly young people in over their head with lines of customers. In the three times I have been here I waited at least 20 minutes to be helped. It's not the fault of the staff but there simply are not enough people to help you here. Besides having to wait a while to buy a phone cover, the rest of the store is fine. They have the usual collection of phones prominently displayed, shinny promotional materials of bright happy young people, fulfilled due to their brand new iPhone--powered by the nations' fastest most reliable--blah blah.

Stood outside in the rain for half an hour to be told they wouldn't be able to help me because they were going to close soon. They should've come out and told everyone in line at 630 that they wouldn't be able to help anyone else. Considering switching to a company that doesn't have you wait in the rain. They should have a text system or something because that was ridiculous.

Excellent service! I came in to upgrade my iPhone and Cristina was great help! I was in and out of the store in no time and it was great to see all COVID safety precautions in place.

Love that the staff are wearing masks and they’re requiring people to wear masks and adhering to the social distancing. The store was pretty quite. We maybe waited 10 minutes. Not bad for a store with only one representative present. Christina at the front desk welcomed us in. I needed a phone upgrade and I got it. She was so cheerful and answered all my questions.Not only did I get a phone upgrade, I also got a screen protector and phone case that was on clearance!!! What a deal and she saved me $30 by waving the activation fee! The store looked very clean and neat. My transaction with Christina went quite smoothly!!! A 1 customer service!!!

I've been wanted to come but the store is always closed after 3:30pm. I called to confirm closing time because I get off work late and I was told they close at 8:00pm

The assistant manager and the rep here were very nice and the customer service was excellent! He was able to resolve multiple issues that raised as I was porting over some lines and opening a new account. I highly recommend this store over any other store in the area.

The assistant manager was able to resolve all the issues, and he was very efficient in doing so. This has to be the best Sprint store in the area!
