This Target has great selection and has areas that are well zoned and maintained. The music or their radio is just too loud for even customers to enjoy shopping. The Store need to address this to management. I was using the family restroom and the music is so loud that I even saw the ceiling has a tape on the speaker part. I guess the customer or their maintenance put the tape there to cover the loudness but it is still loud. Please have it turn down lower. It is distracting. I cannot even hear the other person on the other line while I was talking on the phone due to loud music! I have noticed that jewelry and accessories are always organized and has plenty of stocks. They must have great crews here! Service is friendly! There's homelessness outside and sometimes inside the Store. Hey, this is California and that sight is now normal to the eyes!

Target is awful. Don't ever spend your money especially to buy gift cards from Target. I have received 2 gift cards and given 1 gift card that doesn't work. The staff at target don't want to help you. They give you a number that doesn't help you either. You have to produce a receipt. Fortunately the one I gave a gift card to was my brother and I had scanned my red card so I had an electronic receipt. But how embarrassing to ask other people who gave you a gift for a receipt? TARGET STEALS YOUR MONEY!!!

We had been dealing with trying to switch from T-Mobile to Consumer Cellular for hours at home ,, super frustrating!!!We finally went to Target and got THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER FROM RAY!Even the lady on the phone from Consumer Cellular was loving Ray and his professionalism. They worked together to get my husband's phone switched over and we are thrilled!Thank you for having such an excellent employee on Team Target Napa!!!

I bought the new lengend of Zelda game online for my son hoping to suprize him. Little did I know if someone comes in person and walks in before I pick up my order and buys what I already bought they can buy it and I don't get my order.And that's what happened. So basically in the 30 seconds it takes you to walk it over and put it in a bag someone can come by and buy it out of your hands.Really!

I recently visited this store to shop for items I needed. Diego greeted me at the cashier when it came time for me to purchase my items. Diego not only greeted me but he Thanked me for shopping at Target and invited me to come back again. This was huge because too many establishments these days have workers who don't greet their customers let alone Thank them and invite them back again. Diego deserves a gold star and five stars for his outstanding customer service and I will accept his invitation to go back and visit them again!

You can't trust the sale prices in the store. On the shelf a nice comforter was on sale for $39.99. When I checked out I thought the amount was really high for my order so I looked at the comforter and they charged me $64. The manager told me it goes on sale next week even though on the shelf it a says its on sale. Whatever happened to companies having to honor the advertised price? I took it back and got a refund what a waste of time.

I love visiting this Target because it doesn't seem to be as busy as the other ones I've visited and they usually have a lot in stock. But, this last visit I went for a specific item. While looking for it throughout the isles, I found a kiosk that lets you search for what you're trying to find in the store. I used it, it told me which isle the item I was looking for was in, which was coincidentally the same isle as the kiosk. I walked up and down the isle looking for the item, but didn't even find an empty spot where it would be. On the kiosk it said it was in stock, but it was nowhere to be found. So, I used the feature on the kiosk to call a team member for assistance. I pressed it, waited, then got the notification that a team member was on the way. Waited. Waited. Then it disappeared off the screen and no team member was to be found. I repeated this 3/4 times. Waited about 20+ minutes. Finally gave up. The person I went with was convinced that a team member would answer the alert, saying they're on their way, but not actually come my way. Pretty disappointed. Will probably go back, but will just go right to the front customer service desk if I ever need help again.

We came here last December to buy medical aid stuff and it was worth it, we were driving from San Francisco and doing other things in Napa Valley. Clean restrooms

The staff is good, i order through the drive in pick up all the time and it's always been fast and the orders will automatically try to replace anything they don't have in stock, super convenient.

They do not enforce the mask rules for guests. I'll stay away. If you allow people who are "making a statement" with their non-masks, then I'll make a statement by shopping somewhere else.
