Twice I have been ripped off by this Verizon location. My wife and I purchased new phones on the premise that the second phone was free, surprise, they lied to us and charged us full price for both phones. The second event was an upgrade to our plan, they said it would be only 28 dollars more per month, surprise, they again lied. Verizon Corporate promptly received a call from us with how the store is doing business and lying to their patrons. I will never do business with this store again, unprofessional, ignorant and pathological liars, the manager should be fired! If you want Verizon service and products, call the toll free number, they can do more and won't lie to you, don't patronize this store you will regret it!

We drove 30+ minutes to the city after doing research online and knowing the phone we wanted to buy. We even visited Napa Verizon’s website and nothing said we needed an appointment after a certain time.We got there at 5:15 and the rep said we needed an appointment after 5 to purchase a phone and we’d have to come back another time. He made no effort to accommodate us or check if they could fit us in. Terrible service.

One of my Napa wine tour clients had his phone go completely dead just before I arrived. He was a little stressed out about being out of contact for his own business clients. I figured it was a bit of a hail mary, but I swung down to the Vzn store with his phone after dropping them off at their first winery. I walked in and the gentleman checking people in was speaking with another customer, but he was kind enough to pause to get me checked in asap. Upon hearing the story and seeing the phone, he waved his magic wand (a soft reset, I think) and brought the phone back to life. Here I was thinking I'd be stuck staring at overpriced phone cases for an hour, but I was in and out in less than 3 minutes (try that at an actual In-n-Out! Hah!). Thanks much for saving the day!

So helpful and friendly here. I'm from out of town and had an issue with my phone. I walked in, no appointment needed and was helped right away. I didn't need an appointment. And my phone issue was solved!

This store has no idea what they are doing. I went in because my mom who has older and has dementia has a bunch of extra phone lines and charges on her account. The manager told me to create a new line and add it to my own account to manage and then I could close the other account and handle those issues separately. All he did was add yet another line to her account so she not only lost her original phone number while still being charged but now she's paying for another line that it turns out can't be transferred for 30 days. She should have just transferred her original number but instead is paying even more and lost her long time phone number. What a mess. I'll never go in this store again.

No help at all. I’ve gone to this branch multiple times only because it is the closest one to me. But not once have I gotten the service I needed. I first went to try and get a new phone for my husband and add him to my plan. We kept going back because they told us they did not have enough people to help us and the wait would be too long. Eventually, we went to the Verizon in American Canyon and we were immediately able to get a new phone there. Then later on when I had to cancel a line on my plan, they just told me to call a number. I can look up the number on my own. I went in person so I could get in person assistance! I’m definitely not returning to this branch again.

Went in to make some changes to our phone plan and had some questions about the billing. Miss de la Garza was rude and condescending when I didn't understand her explanation of the phone bill. She did help us cancel one of the phone lines, but not a great experience. I would not recommend service at this store.

AVOID. Some of the rudest employees ive ever encountered. For the location north napa on trancas. I have still never been able to get an appointment. The older empl at the door acted overwhelmed and too busy to even help me. Said oh the wait is over an hour but would not book an appointment for me played games. Said come back later or book for another day WTF open discrimination. Seriously considering canceling my longtime account over this

Prompt, courteous, skilled. They solved my problem within minutes, even without an appointment. They have sufficient staff and onsite leadership to serve their clients at a high level.

Tried to do business twice there. They were reluctant to answer questions about the plans and products. They ignored me twice, so I get it. I will switch my 4 lines to a new carrier because of one store to ruin the Verizon experience.

Absolutely awful. I spent many hours looking for a resolution to an issue and they kept telling me my issue would be fixed the next day. Each time I went in due to the issue not being resolved, it was the same thing over and over again. Horrible customer service.

Had two appointments both with Cliff. He was so helpful! Not to mention he was very personable and hospitable. Had a grand ol’ time getting my new phone set up. Thank you Napa Verizon!

Horrible customer service, turned away at the door before getting help with anything (needed warranty/insurance information on my top tier flagship samsung phone that I paid $1400 for, one of 2 on my account) . Location is very cold and lifeless, and the workers are the rudest you will find. Good luck getting any help here unless you want to buy a new phone, that is obviously all they care about is sales, money, and pay because the people buying things obviously were being treated much differently. Buy the most expensive setup, I'm sure they love that.Manager name is Ric Solla. Treated me like garbage. I have been a customer for almost 20 years, but if this is the kind of person you employ to MANAGE, maybe I don't have to be any longer.
