Nasira, the employee on shift while I was there, saw me while she was running her rounds through the halls. She was SO INCREDIBLY FRIENDLY and KIND and BEYOND HELPFUL!!! I'm tearing up remembering this, because it made me feel like my Mom or sister was there helping me. She helped me sort things, lift things, bag things up, held doors open for me, helped me navigate the wheely carts through the narrow halls, and helped me bring things down from the unit and onto my truck. “This establishment is by far hands down the best storage facility I have ever rented storage space from. And let me tell you why.. the staff here is what I like to call old School and treat their customers with respect and dignity regardless of how you show up. Their eyes are not full of corporate greed. The facility is emaculant and coming from a military background you could eat off the floors in my opinion... There is plenty of lighting throughout the facility and one feature I do appreciate is the auto on off lighting throughout the facility as to not waste electricity. “The assistant manager Nelson provided me SUPERB service. He is super friendly and provided me with some phenomenal tips to get to my storage unit. He's also very timely as well! We were able to walk to the unit, view the unit, see the elevators and access point, discuss rates and sign the rental agreement within 15 minutes.”
