“I've always loved this little branch, they've been good to me over the years, but I have to rave about their ATM. First, it's finally smart and makes you take your debit card back before it dispenses your cash. I can't count the number of times in the last 30ish years I've left my card in the machine because I'm more worried about putting my money away. Second, you can get $100 bills!!! Not only that, but you can actually tell the machine HOW you want your cash. It's only $20's and $100's, but it's so nice to be able to not get a bunch of $20's if you want more than $40.”
“The best place for everyday banking, auto loans and investment services! I'm glad they're open to all of Southern California residents. If you're tired of getting nickled and dimed at your other financial institution go to Wescom, no fees for their memberships.”
“This branch has been great. I was with chase for 10+ years with my personal and business accounts. It is a totally different experience. Every time I call, I get a human and most of them know me by name and my kids. When I was using Chase and Wells I could never really get any help unless i went in person and my bankers were changing every 9-12 months and Id have to start fresh. I've had a few bumps in the road at FMB but they always prioritized me, fixed of the situation, and made me feel cared about. I use several different banks as that it what my businesses need. This is by far the one that takes care of me best”
“Came to this chase location to inquire about financial advising. Spoke with both Scott Hunter and Haidy Eskander who were both so welcoming, kind, and patient! Scott sat me down first to get a general idea of what I was looking to accomplish and appreciated how he listened to what I had to say. I then met with Haidy who was so phenomenal at explaining everything, answering my questions without making me feel dumb, and being patient with me. It was my first time coming for this kind of topic so I was a little hesitant to come but I felt so comfortable speaking to them both and would highly recommend them!”

“I've been with American credit Union for close to 20 years now. Alma, Patrick and Omar are great people. I never had issues with anybody in office and are of course very professional. I understand rules and regulations to bank policies what's your frustrating but overall the credit union seems to be working really great for me.”
“I recently opened a checking account with the Chase in Tustin the one here is closer to me work so it's a lot more convenient. I went there yesterday to deposit my check and Joyce helped me out and was wonderful answered all my questions. I went their today to withdrawal some cash and I was helped out by Dean he was amazing. I work in the Automotive industry and I know how important customer service is and he was Amazing made my life easy and made the trip worth. Definitely would recommend this bank. “It's a Chase Bank! They have a lobby where you can access the ATM 24/7. Their current hours are 9:00 to 5:00 on weekdays and 9:00 to 4:00 on Saturday. Closed Sunday.Everything seems to be in clean working order. ?”
“These five stars are for Julio Hernandez. I wanted to close a safe deposit box because I live in LA and no longer need one in OC. I was stuck in traffic (of course:) and arrived at the bank at 5:57pm and there was a line. The bank closes at 6pm.At first, I was told that they can't close a safe deposit box because a manager was not on site. I pleaded because I didn't want to make the long trip again.Julio went above and beyond to help me! He even stayed about 15 minutes past closing to get this done for me.We still bank at Bank of America, but in LA. I wish Julio worked at our branch!Thanks, Julio! You made a big difference for me today and I appreciate it so much! This is a perfect example of EXCELLENT customer service.”

I took my boys and the manner was nice enough to bring coloring books and offer drinks to us. Aaron helped us any way he could provided great customer service. Answered all our questions and was very helpful. It didn’t take long we only lasted like 30min. Will definitely be returning to this location if I ever need anything. We left happy and content. Recommend this location!! I love the fact they have a drive thru. Makes everything easy!”
“I just opened a new account online. I went into this branch for the first time. I was assisted by a young female teller. She helped me print up a page for direct deposit. I have to say in all honesty. This is the best customer service experience I've ever received in any bank. The teller was genuinely nice and helpful. Also, there wasn't a line outside the door like other banks. I'm glad I've chosen to open an account here. Great service, two branches close to me here in Orange, CA and no huge line!”
