They are friendly and they really do their job well, especially under what I can imagine to be a very demanding number of people who they serve, as well as probably very demanding customers in Palo Alto area. They are fast, efficient but they take the time to listen to me when I have any kind of insurance issue etc. Thank you pharmacy staff!!!”

And there is usually no line or there is maybe one person in front. After your turn, The process of picking up meds is relatively fast and easy like "bang bang .. 6-4-3 .. two ... double play"”
