“This place was great! The woman at the front desk, I think her name was Gina, was a huge help. I called Hertz for a rental and was waiting on hold for almost 40 mins and she called them up and got right through and helped me get a car within a few minutes. She also arranged for someone to pick me up to take me to get my rental. They did a beautiful job on my car and it was ready within a week. Would definitely recommend them.”
“10 ⭐️ For Mike Sutton and Bobby Padilla at BMW Pleasanton!! I am a Hospice Chaplain and spend a lot of my day in my car driving to see patients. It is an exhausting and emotional job that requires a lot of driving. Three years ago I leased a BMW X3 from Mike when he was in sales (he’s now a finance manager) and he was fantastic! When it was time to turn in that car i went to a BMW near my home in Emeryville and i was treated so poorly that i left in tears. I called Mike Sutton in a panic and he offered to help. Mike brought in Bobby Padilla and they introduced me to the perfect car for me! They treated me with such respect and professionalism that I can’t imagine going anywhere else Ever! Bobby explained the advantages of leasing an electric car. I had never even considered this before. He went over every detail of my new car and was warm, professional, and communicative.
