After going through a whole week and a half redeal trying to find a replacement hose, and being told by staff at Lowes to visit an external webiste which did not help, I revisited Lowes while I was about to give up and asked for and explained all the options I had exausted. Luckly I talked with their employee John in the appliances section and he was not only able to understand the frustration I was feeling about this part and the run a round I was getting, but was able to assist me in securing the part I needed. I really appreciate Jonh, dude did me a major solid and saved my night. I wish I was able to by him a beer, but instead I hope this review finds it's way to management so he can be recognized. Also, three of these stars are for John, one for all of the successful shopping I've done there, and I took one away for all the employees who told me to look somewhere else.”
