“My husband and I needed a new spot to store our travel trailer. The security at our last spot was pretty much non-existent and we needed a better place. After looking around, we chose Extra Space Storage on Folsom Blvd, Sacramento. Adam, the assistant manager, was very pleasant and professional. He gave us a thorough tour of the facilities: the grounds are well kept up, security lighting, which are motion detecting, surrounds a well-maintained fence. Security cameras were well placed and of high resolution. We felt that this was one of the better storage facilities in the area - we toured quite a few - and the price was right. Sign-up was easy. Thanks again, Adam. Tell your manager, Eric, that I think you were great!!”

“Local move within Sacramento, job well done! The reviewer came out and did a thorough job of inventorying all our furniture and expected number of boxes, and explained the options for insurance coverage. The day of the move the movers were on-time, professional, courteous, and most importantly quick. Tip: label the sides of moving boxes, not the top. Would use again!”

“I stored most of my belongings here when I moved back to the area, in between purchasing a new home. It's your typical storage facility. Being able to access 24/7 is great, and the location is right off the freeway. They've always been friendly when I called to ask a question, and even when I ended my monthly storage unit. Things I would recommend: 1. Cover your belongings in the garage.. it gets pretty dusty. 2. Don't put valuable belongings near the front of the garage door. When it rains, there is sometimes some water intrusion inside the unit. 3. If you plan on canceling your unit, call ahead to see when you're paid up until. If you pay for the month and cancel right away, they do not prorate your monthly rent. Plan accordingly. 4. Check in on Yelp. I saw a $5 off coupon after checking-in. Of course, I did this after I had paid and canceled my unit. My luck. :) Overall, I had a great experience, and I would definitely rent another storage unit here.”
