“Took my car to a body shop. Body shop charged me deductible but didn’t fix the car to original condition. Stated “those cars normally look like that”. Told the story to my insurance- they never doubted me. Contacted body shop immediately, showed them pictures of what a normal version of my car looks like, made them schedule a second repair and convinced them to pay for my car rental during second repair. I’m thankful for AAA!”
