I needed a few urgent important documents and Justin Hannah got them all to me SO quickly. I felt bad I was being annoying asking for so many things but he truly made me feel like I wasn’t being an inconvenience (although I def was ?). My emails and calls were always answered within minutes (maybe even seconds) and this made a very stressful time in my life A LOT less stressful. Aside from the personal help I’ve gotten from Justin, I’ve been to other FRB branches in the past and have always loved how I’ve been treated, I was even given chocolate cookies a few times ? If that’s not enough to love them, then I don’t know what is!”

“Back in June I stopped here at this Wells fargo. I wanted to get some rolls of coins. Now, I unfortunately have lost the paper with the two ladies names on it who helped me (I asked them to write their names down) but when I find out their names I will update this review . However, I want to say that the customer service that I received here was fantastic. The two women went out of their way to take care of me and were very professional and kind. I definitely recommend this Wells Fargo and like I said, once I find the women's names I will update this review. They seriously made my day! Thank you! A+++”

“Before tax legend, I would file at different places every year. Now I've been filing a tax legend for years! Raven and her staff are the best. They go out their way to return your call text or emails. If you have any issues or concerns with IRS they are helpful all year around. 100% recommend tax legend!”
