“Started going to GTS Redondo just after they opened in 2022. I opted for the intro barbell program where you work 1:1 with a trainer to go through each of the primary barbell lifts (bench, squat, deadlift, overhead) along with a multitude of other lifts. The coaches are very knowledgeable about technique and overall great to work with. GTS operates on a reservation system, so it’s never too busy which is amazing. Would highly recommend to any gym goer looking to level up ??”

“We just had my daughter's 8th birthday party at Shine. The girls had so much fun and loved it!!!! The hair and makeup is definitely worth paying extra to do. The hair extensions were a huge hit!!The facility is very clean and perfect for a party. There was a kitchen area that made setup easy.”

“Love this place! I’ve been coming for about 3 months and it is the most consistent I have been with my workouts in a long time. The coaches and staff are great, as are the other members. The way the workouts are planned makes it pretty dummy proof, show up, put in the work, reap the benefits. Tracking both the progression of weight and reps each week through the app and through the analytics like nordboard and forcedeck has been an awesome way to satisfy my competitive side, making me compete with myself rather than others. I’ve done all kinds of other boutique classes and lifting programs and I haven’t felt as bought in to any of them the way I am here. It’s made it easy to get excited about the gym, I’m Highly recommend!”

“Magic Mag Salve helped me a lot. I had pain in my forearm from computer work. I started applying the salve , and after a couple days the pain was gone. Now any time I start feeling the discomfort I rub some in and I'm good to go. The stuff smells good too!”

“I found this place on ClassPass and it instantly became my favorite gym in the South Bay Area. Reno is the man! He is super friendly, knowledgeable and pushes you during your workouts. They also offer open gym times which is great when you want to do your own thing or train with a buddy. Overall King Harbor provides a great atmosphere to workout at a great value. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get (or stay) in shape! ?”

“First time at Orangetheory. Wow! Could not even imagine how great a workout I would have at this place. Everyone there was a regular and I was the new person. An old lady who used to be fit and is starting to get back into it. Isaac welcome to me in the group and I certainly felt like a regular. It's important to overcome intimidation early when you are in a new workout space. And Isaac made sure that happened quickly. The music was so great and there was game playing on parts of the circuit that made you forget you were tired. When I struggled with a few parts of the weight lifting, Isaac came over and gave me personal instruction. I had such a good workout and I was so excited after. Crazy thing but I was so pumped up I could not go to sleep until 3:00 a.m.. I cannot wait to do this workout again. It's great for a rainy days and really any day. I also am thrilled that I can go to other locations when I'm traveling. I'm a huge fan of Orangetheory. Give it a try and you'll be hooked.”

“Dropped in today at CF310. Kris, the owner, communicated with me rapidly in advance when I inquired about dropping in. He even sent me a quick check in the day of the WOD. The classWas small and he spent a lot of time with my son and me on the mechanics of our front squat. We received some of the best coaching ever. From start to finish, we had a great time. I highly recommend CF310 and will be back when I visit again.”

His training was impeccable and was able to adjust the WODs perfectly to my limitations. But here, there is no limit. That’s how they make you feel. “I tried this spot out last night for the Muay Thai class. I have never taken a Muay Thai class before and made that very clear to the front desk and to the instructor. They were so patient and went above and beyond to make me comfortable. Fight training of any kind can be very intimidating, especially when. you look around the room and everyone looks like they know what they're doing. I was made to feel very comfortable and safe. As far as the class went, it was RAD! The instructor had me focus on myself and my form. He never put me in any situation where I wasn't ready for. In fact he gave me drills to just keep practicing and then would come and check on me and when I was ready he gave me a new move. I really appreciated the patience and the immediate safety/comfort I felt.”

“Literally the cleanest gym I've ever been to in my life. It's certainly not the largest ever, but there are plenty of machines available for your use and people seem respectful about not staying on it too long when it's busy. It's a bit further than some other gyms for me, but those are so grimy in comparison that this is my new home gym.”

“The layout of the Redondo Beach Bay Club is very open and airy. The inside workout areas have a lot of windows and doors that are open letting the ocean air in. There is the outdoor “turf’ area for classes, weights, or doing your own thing with medicine balls, battle ropes and ploughs. The pool and spa are both outside. There are a lot of regulars at this club. The staff is very professional, front desk, trainers, and housekeeping, they are all great. I’ve been a member for 2+ years.”
