You can be 3-4 minutes late for the class you’ve registered in the app, and you’ll find a locked door and hear “sorry but the class has been started”.You literally drive there, make time on your schedule all for nothing, a lost credit plus hurt feelings.I hope Pure Barre renounce this harmful policy.”
“It was POURING RAIN which is unusual for Redondo Beach. I ran into kohl's hoping to find boots for my daughter. The only pair in black her size was the display.. but only 1 side was there. . I looked everywhere in the section and then Regina. Saw me searching and ask if she ould help me find what I was looking for, so I asked for her assistance... she called Lina to help and within minutes Lina found them God knows where. . I was promptly checked out, got good use of my kohl's cash and was happy. Thank you Regina and Lina!”
