“To everyone that only ordered online and never set foot in this store: Yes, this is a REAL store in the California Bay area. I searched EVERYWHERE for a dress and found B Chic's online store. I was fed up with online ordering from other websites because of the awkward sizing and wanted to actually try on a dress before buying it. I literally flew from Texas to California just to visit this store. I'm genuinely glad I did. I loved the Iyza Belaar designs and initially went for the Misha dress. They didn't have my size there. They told me they would order it for me, but i didn't want to risk awkward sizing. So I tried their Nabilah dress. This Nabilah dress size comes up super small, like several sizes too small. I normally wear a size 12, maybe a 10, sometimes, but I had to buy a size 18 for this Nabilah dress. I'm genuinely glad I came by to try dresses on. They have so many dress options and even custom make dresses from scratch. I asked them to tailor the dress and have it ready by the next day... AND THEY DID! I flew back to Texas with my dress in my arms.I will say, though, that the colors shown online are a bit brighter than what you'll see in person. If you took your pictures in natural light and some extra artificial light, the colors do show up like how it is online.Overall, thank you so much to the two beautiful ladies (sorry for not catching your names!) who went above and beyond to help me find my dress!”

“Great customer service: friendly and attentive but not intrusive (great for us introverts. I've walked out of stores where I felt too pressured to buy). Selection is very good and not overwhelming, trendy and easy pieces that can from work to music festivals. Lots of designers that I like, with good selection of jeans. Price point is stellar but definitely not fast fashion. These are quality things that I get a lot of use out of. Great place for gifts, too.”

“Vuori is one of luxury activewears competing with other two brands in Stanford shopping center. Cannot say whose product quality is the best, but definitely Vuori’s sales associate is on the top in terms of customer services.I visited Vuori several times. The staff is always friendly, showed willing to help, but not aggressive and pushy. One of the recent visits, I tried to find an item that’s sold out from online. I showed the item to one of the staff Noah. There was no inventory at store as expected. However, Noah was going beyond and called both Santana Row and SF stores. Eventually I am able to get the item which I didn’t hold much hope before visiting. Kudos Noah!Afterall, Vuori’s DreamKnits is super comfortable and definitely will go back to purchase more”

“My two kids (9 year old daughter, 7 year old son) both had an amazing time at their week at Camp Couture! The first day, they came home and instantly said it was the best camp they'd been to and have to come back (and they have been to many camps!). Before, my son had only limited experience hand sewing, but learned to sew several stitches by hand and even proficiently use a sewing machine. My daughter can now independently sew complex projects on a sewing machine. They made so many, very cool projects during the week. I was blown away each day. They each made a stylish, lined hoodie and a stuffie all in just one day. Other projects included a quilt (made from my son's favorite outgrown T-shirts), a cool backpack and bag that I could totally see in a high-end store, and animal-shaped pin cushions. Each week, they have different projects to mix it up. I was impressed with how great of a teacher Alexandria was. She was patient, encouraging, and knew how to challenge and meet each student where they were. They learned so much in just one week. You can tell she puts a lot of care into the projects she designs for each kid and the individualized prep she needs to do each night for each one's level, interest, and choice of project. We're so lucky we found this camp and will definitely be returning!”

Keep your money and cards in a zip up travel wallet that lays next to your body. “I have walked by this Johnny Was many times and not stopped in. I used to wear Johnny was decades ago when Cielo was at Kahala Mall and June brought in the line. Their things were always beautiful and so comfortable to wear. Today I stopped in and asked what they might have that I could wear. I'm short, barely 5 feet. Kim took the time to pull several things for me..mid-calf length. Nope, nope, maybe. I tried the maybe on twice. Kim and Poulomi both helped with suggestions on how to wear the dress. “I love shopping at the store for the men in my life. I recently bought a shirt for my daughters boyfriend for Xmas. I gave two shirts in different sizes to see which fit better and wanted them back so I could wrap them as presents. He did not want to give one back because he liked it so much. I finally convinced him to return it. He's very fit but a little muscular and loved the slim, large fit. It's now a joke in our family that it's his favorite shirt to my daughters annoyance.
