One of the ladies that works there. She’s been working there for the longest and idk why she’s still there when she’s so rude. Has no type of customer service honestly. I bought my phone there and went to ask about my insurance since my screen broke and she was super rude, using a loud voice, talking about I didn’t have insurance and I told her I was paying for insurance through AppleCare. She said that’s not possible, you didn’t buy it from Apple. Right now, I feel like going and laughing in her face because I do have AppleCare and got my screen fixed! Someone needs to tell her to lower her bossiness down and learn more before saying anything. Will not be returning here ever again. Thanks for nothing!

Went to this store to switch my phone out after upgrading at the apple store. The store first charged me $20+Tax, (online they don’t charge) but for some reason metro sent me to the store. When I got there, the store agent helped and got my phone to work. After getting home and checking my account, I noticed that my account went from the $25 per line promo, to $30 per line. The store upgraded my account without my consent! After calling customer support they were able to correct it, but my recommendation, avoid going to this store, they are scammers, thieves and dishonest people!

Have you ever found yourself on a corporate spam/junk mail list? (Is water wet, and the sky blue? OF COURSE!) Like many other people, I make sure to limit unsolicited contact from businesses, organizations, and advertisers, and many reputable entities comply with such requests. However, metroPCS (both as a company, as well as this specific metroPCS location) does not honor these requests. I frequently get advertisements from metroPCS via the US Postal Service. These advertisements are clearly marked as originating from metroPCS, and they are one-off printed with my name, a special marketing code (telling the company from where they "rented"/purchased my name and address), and the address of a nearby "MetroPCS Authorized Dealer." The fact that the nearby dealer is ALSO one-off printed is an indication that the company metroPCS orders these postal mailings on behalf of MULTIPLE corporate franchisees. metroPCS wants to spam unwilling postal mail recipients, plain and simple. I've used spam-busting email sites and immediate-opt-out nonprofits like Catalog Choice, but metroPCS does not allow third parties to make such requests on behalf of spam recipients. metroPCS does not allow email requests to be removed, nor do they allow online requests (via their own website) for removal. I have made many phone calls to multiple local corporate franchisees, and corporate HQ, asking to be removed from all of their mailing lists. But each and every time I contacted someone, including at this location, I was given a harsh runaround. "Call corporate," "no, call the individual franchisee," "no, call corporate, we cannot help you," "corporate isn't responsible for those mailings," "franchisees aren't responsible for those mailings," and on and on and on and on. I actually had to go to this store location in person and bring in the latest spam postcard before anyone would even take me seriously. I was not allowed to speak with management until that point; I was never allowed to speak on the phone with management at any time. I contacted metroPCS via Twitter to try to nuke the spam, and that might be what actually worked. My experience with this franchise location was very poor, and I'm not a customer, nor do I wish to be. In this modern age, it should be super easy, and usually is, to remove oneself from corporate marketeers' line of fire. It says something about a corporate entity when they refuse to stop shoving their spam in disinterested non-customers' faces. Probably, one of their b-school grads figured out that "total number of impressions" increased their sales by 0.0001% in Q2. Sadly, the only impression I've gotten of metroPCS in general and about this location in particular is that I will never voluntarily give them my business or my money.

Do not come here they are not a corporate store! They are scams! If you do not step into a corporate store "authorized dealers" can basically scam you! Horrible customer service! Big dude looks like he's going through a depression crisis. The guy who sold us the phone has no communication skills! Leave and do not get scammed! THE ONLY STORE YOU SHOULD GO TO IS THE ONE IN SEQUIOA STATION!

Bad customer service I will report to MetroPcs. There are already 2 occasions that I visit this business. Hispanic salespeople seem angry. I will call Metro customer service definitively. Do not come to this address. I'm leaving another store or BoostMobile.
