“Love this pharmacy! Picking up meds can be such a chore (especially when dealing with insurance, having to battle for parking, dealing with symptoms, etc.) The techs + pharmacists at the RWC Costco are so helpful and have gone above and beyond for me more than once. Special shoutout to Chris - he is so friendly, helpful, and always lifts my spirits!”

“The employees here are so knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I'm just sorry it took me so long to find this gem. They bill insurance, give vaccines, are on top of COVID info and newest vaccines (and honestly, such a gentle poke I couldn't feel it!) I don't believe they are affiliated with the huge chain pharmacies like Walgreens or CVS, which is a good thing.”

“Rite Aid at the Roosevelt plaza is a great place to shop for any item you can think of and getting your prescription medicines. Everyone is very polite and will help with a pleasant attitude. I have been a Rite Aid customer since it was Thriftys in the Woodside Plaza…very pleased this store was built after being several grocery stores.”

“We usually go to the Pharmacy. They have such a friendly staff, who are always nice, kind and helpful. Prescriptions are filled quickly and ready to pick up on time.”

“This pharmacy is a bit small and cramped - and it seems like the staff may be stretched thin - but I was grateful they were here as this was the only spot in the area with available COVID booster appointments in the near future. Props to the pharmacist juggling a dozen prescriptions while slinging vaccines (and 10% off Safeway coupons) from this tiny pharmacy cubicle.”

“Had very efficient visits here for radiology & the nurses were very lovely, & considerate. Also the labs area to draw blood was relatively quick considering I was there early afternoon on a weekday. The results were posted quickly to my KP doctor app, & the radiologist told me immediately what his impression was of my ultrasound. All in all, very impressed with this new facility. And the Covid walk-in vaccine option is a great idea!”

“It's kind of difficult to find, but once I was there, customer service was on point and the line wasn't long at all. I also found a secret entrance on Veterans blvd that got me right where I needed to be without walking all the way around the building! Score!”

“Made the appointment 2 weeks in advance, received multiple messages to keep or cancel. On the day to receive the Covid 19 vaccination, arrived 5 minutes early as instructed. Only one person ahead of me so my appointment was on time. The technician was friendly and professional. It's always nice not having to travel another city to receive vaccinations.”

“I have been really happy with this pharmacy for the past few years. Prescriptions are generally filled quickly. They have helped me so many times figuring out if my insurance or a good rx coupon would be cheaper. I've also gotten a vaccine here which was quick and professional (plus you get a safeway coupon). They are much friendlier and less busy than the Walgreens I used to go to.Of course there is sometimes a line, and they close for lunch for 45 minutes (there are a million signs notifying you and it's been this way for years, so idk why people are still surprised and outraged). Like all pharmacies, do NOT try to call them, they are usually too busy to answer or talk for long - if you have a question or need advice GO IN PERSON.”

“I find it awful that they had to move to a new location because they want to build more and more apartment buildings which are unnecessary where they used to be really great businesses, CVS had to move across Woodside Road because they're closing the shopping center where used to be, the new location has not opened yet, but I've moved the map so that it's already located at the new location, the new location from the outside looks stunning and more modern, newer and more beautiful, the big CVS logo, when entering the store with the heart and a photo of all employees is very nice touch”
