“I was given a tour of the RWC location and I was very impressed with your outstanding staff member Linda. She explained everything and informed me with all I need to know, plus showed the different sizes of storage units that can be rented. Linda pointed out some incentives if I was to contract with SPS. One of the most important details of your business is customer service and establishing rapport with interested folks. Linda seems most capable to seal the deal and her friendliness made my tour experience enjoyable. It is likely that I will obtain a storage unit at SPS and there is no need to research further. “I’ve used JJ’s on and off for years for temporary garage storage and found Michael, the manager, to be very helpful, low-key, and competent. The garages are well-kept; people in other units seem friendly, and the place secure. Nothing fancy but all good, and usually a bit cheaper. As such, getting a unit may be difficult, but worth the try/wait.”

“I recently stored two cars (Land Rover Defender and vintage Porsche 911) at Auto Keep while we were doing some construction at our house. Auto Keep's facility is top notch, with high quality lifts and plenty of space. They also have trickle chargers to keep your battery charged. Ed was always responsive over email or the phone, and made it very easy to access the cars. Ed even met me on a Sunday evening after a flight was running late. Auto Keep has great prices, great service and a great location. I highly recommend them.”

“The building is not climate controlled but they do have several large platform carts with wheels that make it easy to move stuff in and out from your car all in one trip. The units on the top floor, 3rd floor, have a large vertical size making it a better deal. It's not usually busy so it's easy to park in a loading spot and get a cart to move stuff around. The staff are friendly and helpful.”

“My experience with Saf Keep's Redwood City location has been great. But the customer service provided to me yesterday by Saf Keep, and especially Madison, went above and beyond & is worthy of noting here. I showed up with an open truck bed full of stuff I needed to unload quickly, because rain was moving into the area & was imminent. Immediately, the front office called Madison to help me unload right away. I don't know the name of the woman who was working at the front desk yesterday afternoon (I was in a rush), but she's wonderful, too. Madison was gracious, efficient, kind, and super duper helpful. In no time, the truck was completely unloaded into my storage unit before any rain fell. I literally could not have asked for better customer service - I was provided caring, super responsive, top-notch service. Madison rocks! Saf Keep's Redwood City location is a great choice for your self storage needs. They really care about their customers. Their pricing is competitive, too.”

“Glad I picked this U-haul location for my first ever u-haul experience. They had the vehicle I reserved ahead of time, and was friendly, patient, and easy to deal with. The 10' truck was surprisingly easy to drive too, although do note that the trucks don't come with tie-down equipment in the cargo hold, so you'll need to secure your items yourself.”

“Just recently rented a unit here and the customer service was superb, Juan was very knowledgeable and even though we had many questions he was able to answer them all, the place is very clean although I don’t like the fact that gate remains open during access hours other than that I highly recommend this place, Juan will make your experience smooth and easy!!??”
