“An excellent experience from start to finish. We knew what we wanted for our guest room/office but couldn't find it anywhere until we went to Wallbeds N More. Our salesperson helped us build the perfect unit, from the queen bed to the desk and table, the storage, the lighting, and even a USB power unit, to the exact color of wood. It was ready within the time frame they promised, and installed in just a few hours by skilled installers who then spent plenty of time helping us learn to use the new unit. We put it all away and when Christmas rolls around again we are always so surprised with our forgotten items. It's fun!”
“I was in the area visiting family, when my mom and I stopped by Target. I'm never one to pass up a Target shopping adventure!!! Target is my happy place (just about tied for 1st place with being home..shhh!! Don't tell my bed I said that, he doesn't like to share!) I was amazed on how huge this location was once I got in the parking lot. It even has an optometry center (Never seen such a thing!). We didn't get to peruse the store as we were looking for a couple specific supplements in the pharmacy area. The employee at the pharmacy counter was really sweet and helpful..she came from behind the counter when we were struggling to find a supplement that doesn't appear to be in stock. Although we had no luck, we were able to find the other item we were looking for and the pharmacy gal allowed to pay at her counter. I didn't get her name, but, she was an absolute doll! Thank you for going above and beyond! :DI definitely will stop by this Target again when I'm in Rocklin again and in need of another Target run! :)”
“Tony was a wonderful cashier at the self check out stations. First I started wondering off to the new self check outs that were not working yet because this location is being remodeled, and he kindly told me so. Next I told Tony that I couldn't see a barcode on my gift bag. He didn't make me go get the same bag which was wonderful customer service, he gave me the gift bag for $2.00 because I truly didn't know the price. “We have purchased quite a few items from RC Willey. From bedroom sets, living room furniture to carpet. Each time we have made a purchase it has been a seamless process with great interaction with the sales floor teams. The value and quality of the items we have purchased are very nice. We purchased a sleigh bed and night stands and they are quite sturdy and beautiful. Our next purchase was carpet for our theater room. It is the most comfortable squishy floor to hang out. The installation team was awesome. Watching them work so fast and efficiently. It was great. Our most recent was a zero gravity recliner that has proven to be super in quality. I highly recommend this business”
