“We visited Tommy Bahama in The Fountains now that they closed their location in the galleria. This location was bigger with more selection. My husband fit into their XXL sizes and now in their larges since he's dropped 70 pounds. He liked their styling and fit at both sizes and I like the way he looks. He's comfortable and the clothes are machine washable which is a HUGE plus. This store loses a star because of how expensive everything is. A men's polo shirt is over $100. At least it looks good on.”

Additionally, Austin was able to give me some tips on methods and flies for fishing some of the local rivers - I took the advice he gave me, and was able to pull my first trout out of the Lower Yuba River the very next day. They've definitely earned a returning customer.”

The auburn location has more LP watching on the floor than staff to help or check out. Always super long wait times and unfriendly staff. “We like to come and look around, and sometimes we get lucky to find nice things at fabulous prices, unfortunately the stores get very different merchandise depending on the area they're in.”
“This was our second visit in 2 weeks and the customer service was the same, Amazing !! Dillan remember our sons name, who he helped pick out clothes last time we visited and Shane once again jumped in and gave great support and suggestions. Both these men focused on our son and making the cloth shopping about him and what he liked. The compliment him in the items he picked out and also gave solid suggestions based on my sons feedback and needs. Of all the places we have shopped in that mall Zumiez by far blew the customer service out of the water. 10/10 and I hope Dillan and Shane know what a positive impact they made on a 13 yr old boy struggling with confidence.”
“Make sure you DO NOT lose your receipt. It is a pain to prove that you purchased something so that you can exchange it. Gone are the days of returning things without receipt. I get it. Still sucks but the staff went above and beyond to get it done”
“I came here the other day for a job interview and as soon as I came in I noticed how clean it smelled and how well organized it was this impressed me right away appearance says a lot I just wish this store carried plus sizes and the girl working informed me that you can order additional sizes online and get it shipped to your home for free which free shipping is always a nice benefit and it saves you a little bit of money anyways I waited about 10 minutes for the hiring manager to come back from her lunch break the manager Monica seemed like she would be a fun boss work with unfortunately I was not selected for the job which bummed me out but I do not hold any grudges and no hard feelings this establishment provided me with a wonderful experience they definitely definitely have a wide selection. I wish they had the plus sizes in store. The girls said they should be getting them in next year so I will be looking forward to that then I highly recommend this establishment for everybody. They have women and men's clothing. They definitely have something for everybody. Great establishment, great friendly staff. I look forward to my next visit here again very soon. “I love this store. I don't like to be bothered while I'm shopping so I don't mind that the associates are busy doing other things. When I can't find something I want they help me order it online. They are always running a sale so I don't know about $70 tank tops (comment below). I also am a cardholder so I get coupons and deals weekly. I have a couple outerwear pieces that I've had for years. They never go out of style and they are still a fantastic quality. I also find it hilarious that this lady posted about not being able to come in because she didn't have a mask on. Are you stupid? It's not discrimination if it's state-mandated. You are exactly what is wrong with this country right now.”
