“Where get all our Doggy treats and food. Some food we use is not stocked regularly but I think that is brand specific. They always give honor the discounts even if they are low in stock. Staff always helpful.”

They have affordable prices on food and bird needs. Seen the same exact cage there for $64.99 that petsmart is selling for 99.99!! That should say enough, support your local bird shop”
“I've been trying to find a good cat groomer in the area, and this place was amazing. The staff were so sweet and did a great job with my cat. The price is also one of the more affordable I've been able to find. They got me in one day after I called for an appointment. Long hair cat bath, de-shed, and brush was only $108! No complaints here. I can tell the staff care about the animals they work on. My cat came back so fresh and so clean!!”
“I had the best experience with these kind people plus my Buddy really liked them. I am in my late 80s and had to go pick up Buddy in the dark. There shop is off the highway and hard to find at night. They said they called me right away because it was dark they would bring Buddy to my home but I didn't hear the phone ring, so I didn't pick up . They ended up taking me home in my car with husband driving me and his wife followed us to bring him home. I was amazed at the kindness they showed to me and they will be Buddy's groomers as long as I'm able to get him there. Plus they do a good job grooming my shi-tsu pup,”
“Absolutely recommend this place 110%! Casey S. helped me relieve so much weight off of my shoulders. They have a huge inventory of raw dog food and also a huge inventory of kibble. They have all the great brands. The last bag of hill's prescription dog food I opened she started throwing up and had a lot of blood in her stool. Then she quit eating it. Casey knows what he's talking about and knew what I was going through seeing all this mess on Facebook about dog food. He helped me pick out raw dog food that I have been trying to figure out for a month. He was very patient, did not make me feel rushed and was amazing with his knowledge. I feel like he could help anyone that needs help with dog and cat stuff. I'm pleased and now I feel so much weight lifted off my shoulders. I know where I will be going for now on! I also bought Pumpkin Digestive Aid supplement.”

“My buddy noticed this shop after we had lunch at Nix taco, so we poked our heads in. My best friends pomeranian is getting up there in age and had stopped eating, I thought this was a good time to try and find something she might eat. I spoke to the gentleman behind the counter and he recommended the tripett, I grabbed a can. Also, grabbed some Butcher Box pate. The gentleman helping me gave me some treats to try... anyways, my friend just texted me that her dog gobbled it up, so you know, come here and give this shop your business.”
“Great prices and super friendly employees! I go to the Roseville location. Huge selection of dog food, but not so much with cat food. And that's ok because they have everything else! We like Nulo Lifestyle Cat Food so we get it at Bark Avenue in Rocklin. And since Boot Barn is just up the street from Bark Avenue...and Taco Express is right there...best street tacos ever!...I make my pet food errand day fun and yummy!”

“While all the employees are great at this store, Cristina is awesome! She is especially helpful in the Aquatics department in helping me with all my fish and aquarium needs. She knows a lot about fish, and how to care for them, and is extremely helpful. Cristina always has a big smile on her face, and is highly energetic, and a pleasure to speak and engage with. I think it would be great to have her head up or manage the Aquatics department. She has great customer service skills and would be great in a management or department hesd role. I say this as a V.P. of Sales for a prominent food brokerage firm selling to the major supermarket chains here in Northen CA. Thank you! Tracy Higgins”

“So my fiancé and I stopped off in the shopping center for lunch. We saw Ben’s last time and decided to stop in after we ate . BOY. We’re we impressed . By far the nicest and most Knowledgeable staff I have encountered . We were so impressed we brought our boy Preacher back to meet the staff the same day, and to use their state of the art self washing station that has a sanitary clean cycle after each use .Largest selection of raw diet food I have ever seen at a brick and mortar store . After we finish our boys kibble we will be switching him over to raw!P.S. if you are within 5 be miles , they will deliver your online orders to you !”
