Currently, and mostly, the people have been at least good, to very good, and attitudes are Great with capital G. They earnestly try to help or get someone who can. problem is the turn over. But it's very good group of guys there for quite a while. Woman manager who is tops, young assistant woman manager who is too, What she doesn't know or have if she'll find for you, and quick. “Based upon my last experience at Lowe's, I feel compelled to post a review. I had done quite a bit of research and ultimately bought a lawn mower. The customer service was very attentive, and they helped me to put in the order via their website so I could get the free battery plus by applying for their credit application I received an additional 10% off. I ended up getting what I needed at a ridiculously great price! Lowe's doesn't seem as frenetic as HD, and the team members that I dealt with were amazing. At least based upon my experience, I don't think that the overall low score is justified and unless I have to get something at HD, I'd shop at Lowe's.”
