“I’ve come to this location twice now for bloodwork and have had amazing experiences both times. I do not do well with needles or seeing blood at all and I explained this to Mariam (who was my phlebotomist both times in room 1). She was wonderful. She talked me through it and allowed me extra time to gather myself even though it was pretty full in the waiting room. I have never had great experiences with bloodwork, but Mariam was so gentle and kind. She didn’t make me feel like I was ridiculous for having needle phobia like have experienced in the past. I truly appreciate her and hope that she gets recognized for her great people skills and calming manor.”
“Not sure why this place is so underrated. First, the place is so clean, modern, and technological which I love. Second, the staff is very welcoming. Third, I did not get the name of the phlebotomist but I'd describe her. She is Caucasian, strawberry blonde hair, super friendly and nice. Well... I am afraid of needles and I get super anxious every time I have to do blood work but this lady OMG is so professional that I did not feel anything and it only took secs. Wow! I did tell her you are amazing, because she is. Awesome service, awesome people, and awesome place. If I ever need labs again now I know where I'll go. Thank you ❤”
“Appointment based lab. Great staff and service. I made an appointment the day before and arrived 10 minutes early. I was taking in a few minutes after check in. The technician was very knowledgeable and was able to draw my blood quickly and with attention to detail. True professionalism.”
