Ok products ridiculously overpriced. Customer service is inexistant and staff seems completely unexperienced.

Everything you could possibly need to furnish & decorate your chateau. The store beautifully designed. The walls are a luxurious dark green. Just in the door to your left is your wealthy aunt Mimi's country estate sitting room. There's a lovely portrait of her on the mantle, surrounded by her lifetime travel collections. Footstools upholstered in luxury rug fabric, candles, hammered (tin?) Milagros. Seriously, $54 for a flaming heart. Found one on Etsy for $8. Rent must be pretty high in tony Laurel Village.Nevertheless, the place is beautiful & perfectly curated, and I immediately bought into the fantasy. It's easy to justify buying something special, you know, for that special someone, who turns out to be you. That's how my bathroom ended up with French bottles of verbena lotion, and I'm not even telling you how much I paid for a wool throw.

A deliciously curated collection of coffee table books, gifts, jewelry and home goods.Probably my favorite boutique in San Francisco.Staff is really friendly and helpful as well. Parking in the back is super helpful. The holiday cards sent during holidays was pure class as well. Such a nice surprise and thank you. My go-to birthday, Christmas or just because store.

Loved this place. You can find everything that can change your home to a place more like home. I loved the candles here. They don't smell like the massively produced commercial candles, but their scents are so layered. I can't wait to see how they do in my house. People here are very nice too. They would come up and tell us about the discounts and promotions. Would love to come back again.

This is SUCH a cute, charming store! It is so well curated and presented. The French music in the background is perfectly fitting with its theme. It's a great addition to the neighborhood. I'll definitely return to buy gifts for others. Or myself. ;)I learned from an associate that they only have one other location, which is their original in Woodside, CA.

It's like a Goodwill store with astronomical prices. Save you time and your money. Go shop somewhere else.

Very charming shop with wonderful selection of merchandise, great display with a European vibe.. Also, the staff in both locations are very sweet and informative.. Picked up lovely stationary, tasty biscuits , fragrance diffusers and very realistic bouquet of peonies .. ( I mixed with fresh greens) I shall return...

4.5 stars. Bik's and I happened upon this place a few weeks ago. A lovely home and garden store with lots of Christmas decorations just in time for the holidays. The store reminds me of William Sonoma without all the furniture and a tad of Town + Country magazine. They have many Christmas decorations, plants, garden things, lotions, perfumes, jewelry, clothing, kitchen wares, etc. I brought a cute necklace, a nice freshwater Pearl on a soft leather rope, maybe for myself or as a stocking stuffer gift. Haven't decided yet. It wasn't very expensive either. Bik's received a lot of attention and praise while we were there. The sales ladies love him because he's a big flirt. Relax and friendly neighborhood vibe.
