I love them! They do laser repair so they were able to fix something gold of mine that had a stone in it. Super nice people, fast turnaround, and fair prices. I've brought several repair projects to them and have never been disappointed!

we purchased an italian 14k gold bracelet with diamonds today from alex at the jac. the piece is fabulous, he worked with us on the price, and the whole customer experience was excellent. would highly recommend as they have some great pieces and the staff/owners seem very warm & genuine.
