I first went and tried a bunch of helmets, they never rushed me, never tried to push me to just buy something, and even let me try more helmets till 20 minutes after closing time. “100% would recommend this place without any hesitation. Everyone was professional and provided great customer service. I called to make an appointment for an estimate. The receptionist provided me with available time-slot to choose from - which I really appreciate cause it shows they care about your time as well. I showed up and they gave me an estimate and walked me through my insurance policy and how it would work. They called back again to confirm a good drop off time for my car and told me they would work with the rental car place to sync up my pickup time. When I dropped off my car, they broke down the process again for me and told me the repair would take 5-7 business days and within minutes enterprise came to pick me up and shuttled me to their office for my rental car. They will call you again to give you an update on your car and the status. I picked up my car and was able to drop off my rental car at their place as well. Smoothest transition ever! No hassle whatsoever! I didn't have to worry about getting an Uber or a shuttle. Alright alright, you probably want to know about the quality of the repair right? Well it was fantastic! My car is 10 years old and I kept her well maintained. It hurts to see dents and scratches on my car. I was really worried that the color would be off since they had to replace the fender and door, but nope! They made her look brand new and the color looks uniform across the car. Big shout out to SERGIO and his team!”

“Finally, I had a chance to take my vehicle back in to figure out why the lock/unlock button on the front-right passenger door wasn't working after body work. (I knew it was a wire/cable because I could hear the window scrape in it when raising and lowering.)Was told to drop in at noon to have the issue rectified and was out of there within thirty minutes. Sweet beans.”

“Michael J's was a recommended body shop by my insurance. . They called me shortly after I spoke with my insurance agent. Tbh I was skeptical about going to a body shop I wasn't familiar with but I was pleasantly surprised. I was a little bit early for my 3 PM appointment But it was empty when I walked in so I was immediately greeted by the woman at the front desk and shortly there after I met with Hung (Operations mngr) who was there one to inspect the damage on my vehicle. Hung was really friendly and very thorough. He made sure I understood everything I needed to know about the claim and explained what I didn't. Everything was really smooth and efficient. He made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely go back and I would absolutely recommend this shop for your auto body needs!”

The insurance company was a challenge that he took on for me including helping me to get them to respond about things like the rental car which was above and beyond. “Oscar is fast, knowledgeable and helpful. I stripped a bolt while installing a water pump and called Oscar to see if he could help. I brought my bike over the same day and immediately got to work. After he installed the new part, he inspected the bike and found a serious issue with the bolt that holds rear shock in place. He fixed it and got it back to me the next day. Honestly, Oscar saved a life that day. If the bolt holding the rear shock ever came off, it could have been catastrophic. 10/10, reasonable prices, honest and highly recommend him for any future service your bike may need!”
“My wife and I have a 2006 Scion XA that had some damage from a collision. The insurance company determined that fixing the damage would cost more than the $5K that the car was determined to be worth. My wife and I wanted to keep the car since we have maintained it well, so the insurance company sent us a check for the value of the car minus the salvage value. We found one body shop that was willing to fix the car for roughly $5K. Then we found San Carlos Auto Body & Repair. I asked to fix the car well enough so that it was completely operable and would pass a DMV inspection for registering salvaged car. They were able to do a great job fixing everything well enough for around $600 very quickly. We were so pleased with the results and service that I highly recommend San Carlos Auto Body & Repair.”

Darius Camino contacted me to let me know the car was available. Darius was great to work with as was Edward in finance they made buying a new car easy with no high pressure at all. “I've been coming to this 4 Wheel Parts location for years and have consistently had nothing but positive experiences. Most recently, Nick was extremely helpful in helping me sort out and install several mods to my Bronco including an ADD bumper, Warn winch, several sets of Rigid lights, ARB air compressor, Icon lift, Fuel wheels, BFG tires, and a Smittybilt tailgate reinforcement. He patiently worked with me to help identify the best options and ensure quality work was done during installation. “My new Tesla Model Y has a 4 inch scratch on the side door, due to my lousy parking skill. I was given an estimate at another Tesla certified body shop. The amount quoted was too high and made me reluctantly decided to live with the scratch, until a great friend of mine recommended Xcel Collision Center. The price given was a lot lower compared to the original estimate, and the quality of repair work was simply amazing. The center was courteous and prompt in getting the work done within 2 days. Now I am back with my "new" Tesla again. I would recommend taking your Tesla body repair to Xcel Collision Center and ask for Dai.”

“A wonderful office located in Almaden Valley. This is a satellite office they actually don't do the repairs at this facility they have a big autobody repair facility in Santa Clara on Reed St. where repairs are performed. But the Almaden office can do estimates and drop offs for repairs can be done there. They coordinate getting the vehicle to the repair shop and back when the repairs are completed. Dan was the individual that I worked with. Great communicator and work was performed professionally and in a timely manner.Quality all the way!”
“I give them !!! I know nothing about cars except I drive one. So I am at the mercy of mechanic or repair shop. The folks at this business repaired my separating right front bumper by ordering a bracket that broke when I bumped into a cement parking space stopper. They could have told me it was a much more expensive repair and I would have no idea that wasn't the case. It's nice to know there are honest repair shops around and I highly receommend this shop. Hopefully I'll not have any more mishaps, but I know I will go back to this shop and recommend to my friends.”
“I came to this O'Reilly's because it's the closest to my house, and just in case I got stranded because of my car battery issues I would be able to get a jump here. I was immediately greeted by Tyler, big warm welcoming smile and was offered assistance the moment I walked in the door. I needed to test my battery but figured it was time for a new one. I was unsure what my car needed as a battery, and Tyler was able to immediately let me know which batteries were able to fit into my vehicle. He gave me three options to choose from, and also offered of the warranty along with it. He made sure to also offer me mini accessories that I can add to my battery, and he also was able to switch out my batteries. He was able to switch out my battery in the course of 30 minutes while also helping out the rest of the customers that were inside the store very great multitasker and always greeted everyone with a great smile.
