The service here was awful. There was only one lady checking in the long line of people waiting for lab work. Even though we had an appointment, we still waited 40 minutes before even being called back for the blood draw. We usually go to PAMF Los Gatos, but thought we'd try this location. Never again!

I went to Sutter, Blossom Hill for annual preventative check up. Though we only discussed about historic health conditions, they sent a bill for an additional Outpatient Visit in addition to the bill for preventative check up.My wife also had the annual checkup and she too got 2 bills even though there was no discussion about anything other that historic health issues.Response from their customer care is even worse.Thank you for showing your true colors on our first visit itself. This helped us in making the right decision on where not to go.

Made an appointment using the app like I was told to do. They had tons of openings and it shows the lab department is open till 5:30 Monday through Friday. When I arrived no one was at the front desk for lab check in for over 10 minutes. Then once they arrived they said the lab doesn't do x-rays except for Monday and Friday. Something they left off the app. The receptionist says the app has the correct hours but here I am. Not very professional to have an app tell you wrong info and have the receptionist praise the app for being incorrect.

As a new patient, I went to my annual physical checkup. It was always fully covered by insurance for many years before I moved here. But receive a doctor visit bill few weeks later because they decline its a preventative physical exam visit. Very ridiculous, not recommended.

I thought I had an in-person appointment and then suddenly they tell me I need to switch to a video appointment. If I had known this beforehand I could've gotten the video appointment scheduled at an earlier time since there were open video appointment slots earlier. It's very frustrating. Also, I feel like their pricing is not very competitive, and it's not very transparent either. For example, it's difficult to find out the price for a video visit relative to an in-person visit, or what a "low-to-medium" level appointment exactly means on their pricing chart. How do I know if I'll get charged for a low level appointment, which costs $69, or a low-to-medium level appointment, which costs $144?

Saw my Dr. Always efficient up front. Once again insurance mix up...hopefully we'll have it straightned out again..every year...same story....what's up with that. Love my Dr.
