“The shop is undergoing a change in ownership. Congratulations to the former owners who are about to enter their next phase in life as retirees. During the past decades this shop provided the community with outstanding workmanship and professionalism. All the best to the employees and the new owners! We can only hope that their high standards of trust, workmanship and professionalism continue with the new owners.”

“I moved into the neighborhood in 2002. Have been coming to this store since and have seen it ebb and flow over time. Some pretty picky people are writing reviews here, and they seem to have pretty high expectations for levels of knowledge and service. I say this as someone who restores old cars and is a good mechanic. For many people, a counter job like this is their first job. They are not auto mechanics, and no mechanic can know every answer for every car, although mechanic shops have reference material online that they pay for to look up answers for any car that might come in. Before you go in: Know your make/model/year and the size of the engine in your vehicle. Try to know what part you need or how to describe it or have a photo or take the part off and walk it in if you can. The service person is just like you. They're doing a job, and they need basic information to find you your answer. I have yet to meet anyone who wasn't working at that basic level, so the place gets 5 stars from me. Sometimes I know more than they do (usually, in fact) but that's OK. I go there for a solution - a car part. It is up to me to know enough to help them find it. Oreilly's parts are all over my cars, and they're doing a good job at very reasonable prices. Not sure what else one can really ask for (unless I read some of the crazy complaints like being upset that they don't know how to take a remote control apart to get the battery out - it's YOUR remote control, you idiot!).”

“In the midst of troubleshooting a sighting that my rear braking lights had failed by a passing motorist on the freeway recently, i was puzzled by my failure to find the "broken" bulb at that time. I found 2 other broken bulbs not related to the braking bulbs. I also found no fuse in where the brake fuse was supposed to be. Tried to buy one but couldn't tell the difference between a regular fuse & a mini one. Brought a similar one in size but not the right ampage so the associate here pick the right one for me. 15 amps. 10 for 11.99.... Fixed the fuse problem which led me to identify which brake bulbs were "broken". Fabulous customer service! All aisles labeled. Easy to find but not easy to identify.”
