“Todd has everything I needed when ever I went in and he knows where it's all at. I get my power hacksaw blades here and Todd seems to be the only person who knows what a power hacksaw is. It's also the best place to look around and check stuff out, I even found tools I couldn't find anywhere else.”
“Wow this place was awesome!! My husband sent me over to buy 2 simple screws. They acknowledged me the second I walked in. Then with in a minute he came out to the front counter and tore open a bag of screws , ( which probably is a loss right there, meaning money) and asked me how many did I need? I said 2 feeling guilty. Then said 3 just in case so atleast I could pay him for the 3 and be on my way. He grabbed 3 and handed them to me and said, " Happy Friday ". didn't want my money. Said it again to me so I knew what he meant. good man I can almost say it had to be the owner. I will be back for sure and I hope this review brings more business as well. “These guys are awesome! I have been using them for a while and they go above and beyond. I recently had a co2 tank go empty in 4 days. I am positive they test the tanks beforehand but I also know plumbing and leaks as I do pools and hot tubs for a living. Whatever the reason for the tank to empty so quick, didn’t matter. They were nice enough to take care of me this once which is all I can ask. Thank you guys for everything! Only place I go to fill my co2 for my kegerator”

“I normally don't review hardware stores and I normally do not shop at this location, but I had a real great customer service experience. As soon as I walked in the door, someone greeted me and asked if I need help. I normally don't ask for help but I said I needed some assistance with specific light switches and fan controller. The gentleman who covers that area just happened to be standing next to the greeter. He looked at the switches I brought with me and was able to quickly get me what I needed that they had in stock. He identified that the other switch is not something they carry so he identified the model number and I ordered it from Amazon. He was very helpful and friendly. I ended up buying a few other items and was able to check out with minimal wait. Overall, it was a much better and quicker experience than I expected.”
“This is one positive thing about san Marcos! Alberto or "Burt" is somebody who always does such a good job. Very patient with me and my inability to use self checkout. I tried to do the home Depot survey but it kept asking too many personal questions and I just couldn't figure it out so this is the best I can do.
