“Staff at SNA really went out of their way to resolve a last minute booking change, and resultant issue with rate change. Both the check in personnel and the site manager helped in getting it resolved in a friendly and efficient manner. Also picking up the vehicle and getting an upgrade to what I had booked was also a great experience. Certainly recommend them at this location.”

“We rented from Go Rentals in Austin. Fantastic experience! They delivered the car to our hotel and at the end of the day, we valet parked it and they picked it up the next day (we paid the valet fee). Very convenient, impeccably clean vehicle, and Nicole was lovely. I had never heard of Go Rental before but I will certainly look for them the next time I need a rental.”

“Had the best experience with Santa Ana Hertz Branch Manager Jesse Guzman helping to fix an issue that I experienced the day before while renting a car from the Hertz at LAX. The airport credit card machines kept rejecting my valid card, and the agents blamed the issue on my card being defective (it was not) and could offer no solution. I went to Jesse the next day and there were absolutely no issues with my card. He was able to remedy the payment issue in a speedy and efficient manner. Would highly recommend him and his staff of courteous, customer service focused professionals.”

“I recently had a great experience with Dollar Car Rental at John Wayne airport in Santa Ana. The service was excellent, and the staff member who assisted us was friendly, open, and very helpful. He went above and beyond to accommodate our needs without charging extra, and we were provided with a decent-sized car that comfortably fit our group and luggage. The rental price was reasonable, and the gas mileage on the car was impressive. Although I wouldn't personally buy a Subaru, driving one for the first time was enjoyable and it got us where we needed to go. The seats were roomy and comfortable, and the car had advanced technology features that enhanced our driving experience. Overall, if you're in need of a rental car, I highly recommend checking out Dollar Car Rental. The only reason I deducted one star was because the return process lacked the same level of service orientation. However, I encourage others to document their own experiences and contribute to the Yelp community.”

Even we booked the Nissan Pathfinder 7-seater vehicle, he was able to get us KIA Sorento 7-seater. When returning the vehicle, it's super easy!!! We didn't sign up for insurance or gas and I filled it up full, no unexpected charges, 5 stars!!!!”
