“Incredible service!! On my way back from Tahoe my truck overheated on 50 east of Forni Rd. I'm stranded on the side of the freeway with my 7-year-old son and towing my boat. I decide to let it cool and try again. We got as far as Missouri Flat Rd and pulled over again. Luckily, I ended up at Hangtown Affordable Auto Repairs front door (thank God). They were busy working on other repairs but knowing we were stranded they took me right in and in a couple of hours we were back on the road. Oh, this was a Friday at 1pm. Awesome people and perfect repair. Thanks again guys!!”

“Today, I dropped my vehicle off to have Big O install a TPMS sensor I purchased from Folsom Lake Hyundai, Jonathan called me around 1 pm. and said the sensor you provided is either bad, but I believe it's not the correct sensor. Sure enough it in fact, was not the correct one. After back and forth with Folsom Lake Hyundai, they decided not to take responsibility for their mistake, so I decided to have Big O replace with one of theirs and guess what! Problem Solved. Thanks to Big O staff for your professionalism and great customer service.”
“Went in for an oil change on my sion and hardly had time to shop inside store..They were very quick and efficient , and even took time to answer several other unrelated car questions.. My little Pomeranian Chopper stayed in the car the whole time , and they were very cool with him,,,Ps I believe they use Pennzoil and Quaker state ....they will let you bring your own brand oil if they don't use kind you like...
