Drove all the way there but found sign stating they were closed until further notice. Frustrating and highly disappointing!!

It was a small Asian market but had what we needed for ingredients and snacks we wanted. Definitely a go to spot for many of Asian foods and necessities.

We are lucky to even have a VERY small portion of an Asian selection in the "ethnic"grocery aisle. To have this store in a town as small as Tahoe is a god-send! I've purchase frozen Lumpia, Longnisa, Ube ice cream and Rabbit candy here... enough to curb my Filipino cravings until I visit family down the mountain. Don't hate on this small family owned business and don't expect to come to a small town and get Bay Area options, ya'lls.

Great selection. First place I've found in Tahoe with such a selection unavailable at conventional grocery stores.

I celebrated my PhD last night in this fine place. I am glad to say that we enjoyed a phenomenal evening and the place was surely one of the reasons for this fruitful evening. The team collaborated in a very nice way, the meals were appetizing and my friends were extremely thrilled. We shall surely return for more celebrations. Thank you very much.

Reading the two previous reviews made me laugh. For the Asian population that do live here is very minimal. I'm just happy that they basic Asian stuffs that I can run and grab a few things here and there. I'm big on making egg rolls and it such a great help having this store here. I don't expect a big place because I'm not living in the little saigon in sac. Two, traditional asian owners don't waste time going online to edit or look at their reviews. Be thankful that we have a little mini Asian mart than nothing at all. The owner, she's a nice lady and I can buy balut there. Please do not close because I don't want to drive down to Carson every time I run out of soy sauce or condiments.
