“Pulled up and saw literal rock stars smoking out back. I hadn't even parked the car yet, rolled down my window and was talking to them. I'm like, "Wow this really is tinsel town". Hotel was good. Fun pool.”
“We booked a room for our trip to universal studios (10 min walk). With the renovations taking place, we expected a small amount of inconvenience. The first room was not to our liking and we politely said so to the staff. They were apologetic and made sure that we didn't regret staying here. They immediately upgraded our room and relocated us to a bigger, much more comfortable suite. Not once we're they "too busy" or "unconcerned" with our needs. Not everything goes perfectly the first time but it's how the issues are handled that resonate with me. We don't travel too frequently but this has turned out to be one of the best hotels stays we've experienced. Kudos to the the staff, they've earned our 5 star review!!”
“The location is amazing, rooms need some work done since they are very old except for the suite that was recently renovated but it has some pretty ugly couch on it. The suite has a full kitchen that is very convenient if you like to go to the near supermarket and cook there. Beds are not super comfortable but also not so bad. The rooms were very clean. “We went to Universal for the weekend and had a great stay at the inn. The front desk receptionist was very nice and friendly. Started great conversation and made us feel welcomed!! The room was very clean and seemed well maintained! We had a lovely stay and will be returning if we are every back in the area!”
