“As a plus size woman, I had been looking for months for a dress for my daughter's black tie wedding. Friends told me to go to Robert Ellis. Robert and his assistant were WONDERFUL to work with and even though they do not carry many plus size dresses, Robert had me try one on that I normally wouldn't have and it was perfect. He is honest in his critique and has an excellent eye as to what looks great on you. And Chester is pretty darn cute too!”

“Hripskiii by HM is the prettiest clothing store in Studio City. I was driving by the other day and the store front caught my attention so obviously I had to drop by to see what they had. The owner just so happened to be at the store during my visit. She was super sweet and greeted me the moment I walked in. I told her that I wasn't shopping for anything specific so she pointed out a few of their new arrivals and let me roam around the store to pick out a few things. I fell in love with everything she had. She offers high end quality clothing yet her prices are reasonable. I purchased a really cool "Ticket to EVN" sweater. The quality is amazing. This store has everything from daily attire to evening apparel. I will definitely be back. Whether you're into street style or business casual, you are sure to find something here. Also, it's a huge plus that their customer service is outstanding.Instagram: @hripskiiibyhm_”

“Sanam is the best. She has fixed and fitted over a dozen garments for me at this point, everything from jeans to dresses to trousers. She always makes me feel great in whatever she has altered. She has also fixed items of mine that have been poorly altered by other tailors. She is the only person I trust to tailor my clothing. The last dress I brought to her, she not only hemmed it, she created a sash belt with the discarded fabric. She's a genius. Cannot recommend more.Services: Custom tailoring”

“Such a gem on a great block. Everything is unique and handmade. These are investment pieces that never go out of style. I always get compliments when I wear a piece of clothing art from Hoity Toity. Ann, the designer, is a lot of fun and no pressure.”

“This boutique is seriously on another level. Quality material. Great graphics. Detailed and much thought put into every design. Rainbow, the owner, who I can call my friend, is genuine and expressive.. You can tell she puts her all in her line, and i highly respect and admire her, as an artist and clothing designer.”

“I have always loved M.Fredric, the hip casual clothing, the colorful inviting layout of the store - but Lisa at their Studio City CA location has boosted my rave review tenfold. Talk about going the extra mile. We used to live near an M.Fredric years ago, had moved out of state, and I'd kept a few local gift cards and store scrip from CA with me. Now back in Los Angeles, we drove 27 miles to meet up with friends for my husband's birthday dinner, which I remembered was near one of my favorite M.Fredric's. So I brought that envelope with me although I knew it was a long shot any return receipt would be honored. Lisa, already beyond helpful and friendly as a salesperson, pieced through the crumpled receipts and coupons from, wait for it, as far back as 2013, and found a salvageable receipt for $50. Sadly, she conveyed, the return receipt for $180 (my husband had bought me a beautiful jacket that was the wrong size) was just too ancient. I thanked her and confessed that, tried and true for most shoppers, had a mission to buy a mother of the groom dress so of course was enjoying shopping in a store that did not have formal wear. Again helpful, Lisa gave it some thought and recommended a formal wear store. She asked me if I wanted her to throw out the old receipts that were no good and I said sure, but before she did, she said she'd make some calls to M.Fredric's admin and see what might happen. Well, Lisa miraculously got them to honor the $180 receipt. And now my rehearsal dinner outfit will be by virtue of Lisa and M.Fredric. Every retail store, let alone the world, should have people as generous, helpful, thorough, competent, and gracious as Lisa in it.”

“The staff is nice and the apparel is soft and cozy. Fair prices and many sizes to fit all. I appreciate the loose fit on jumpers for the bumpers. They have power crunch possy posh duds for fancy Dancy yoga class. Dip in for some cool and classy class wear. This shopping center has it all. We popped in while waiting for our favorite sugar fish sushi. The new bar at the green bar upstairs will be fun to explore next time.”

“This is my second time shopping here and of course I had to buy something! Great selection, styles at fair prices! Friendly staff and nice customers too! I will definitely be back and suggest if you are in the area make sure to stop by, you will not be disappointed. Diana's is my new favorite store and happy to spend my dollars at a local boutique versus a department store. I'm very picky so it's a miracle I've purchased an item both times I visited!”

“This boutique has the most incredible clothing, shoes, and jewelry. There are items there you can't find anywhere else. Matter of fact, they cater to a lot of movie industry people and I've seen their clothing on many of the series on Netflix. Don't let that scare you, you can definitely afford the numerous choices they have. They have such unique items I can definitely see why they are featured on a lot of series and shows. Why do you think I make the drive from Huntington Beach all the way to Studio City! Because of the unique clothing and great prices. The owner Cindy is a complete sweetheart. She will get to know you and call you by name and even email you if something comes she think she will like. He will actually ship it directly to you if need be. Every time I need an outfit, I want to stand out in, I go there, if I'm doing yoga, I go there, if I'm going to a fancy dinner, I go there. Every vacation I have had for the last four years, my first stop is the limelight boutique in Studio City. Always worth the drive. Do yourself a favor and pop in and say hello to the owner, Cindy!”

“This store is big and has a lot of items, but one disadvantage is that items bought from other stores cannot be returned.I definitely refunded the clothes I bought at another store before, but I don't know if this store has its own rules, but I had to go back because they said it couldn't be refunded.Other stores return everything from online or bought from other stores, but I don't understand why this store doesn't do that. That was a bit disappointing!”

“Wasteland is one of those high-end, vintage clothing stores. They've been around forever and they're various locations, always offering that unique blend of interesting, curious, and desired fashion. Like all Wasteland locations this store is always changing their variety of items to wear. They have a great selection of both men's and women's clothing, as well as a good selection of shoes and other items. This a well designed store. It's easy to find what you're looking for. And, the staff is always happy to help out if you need anything. Located on Ventura Boulevard, the best parking situation to get in here is probably one of the meter parking spots on the boulevard. Overall, if you're looking for what Wasteland has to offer, this is the place to go.”

“I have been a seller at Crossroads Trading Co. for the past 20 + years. I began selling in We Ho and have now done business with numerous Crossroads in the Los Angeles and Orange County areas as well as PDX. Of all the locations I have visited, the WeHo store is the WORST in terms of customer service; the young women are rude and usually ignore customers. The manager, Matthew, is lovely but his staff is not and he seems to not care about that. The security guard, Louis (?) is always gracious and provides a sense of safety in an otherwise sketchy area. The two very best stores in the Crossroads Trading chain are Studio City and Costa Mesa by far !! Mila, Amanda, and Jose in Studio City are delightful, helpful, friendly, courteous, and upbeat. Mila took the time to examine my clothing and had a great sense of fashion. The selection of clothing throughout the store was very good. In Costa Mesa, Riley, Taisha, and the entire team are always friendly and welcoming. Again, a nice selection of clothing- I often purchase items when my intent is to sell them, but the selection is so terrific that I rarely walk out empty-handed . +”
