“The experience of designing a ring with Julio for our 20th anniversary was such a pleasure. From start to finish. We learned so much about gems and metals. Having a ring designed by an actual gemologist was fascinating. The selection of stones was fabulous. After a few meetings on zoom we had designed a ring that was even better than I imagined. I was set up with a 3D version of the ring first to make sure the size and fit was okay. A few weeks later I had our ring. I can't stop admiring it and it's one of a kind! “I typically would buy jewlery from a large name place but was never pleased with the quality or the experience in doing so. Always feel the customer service is approached in an institutional manner, and geared towards the companies profit margins rather than customer satisfaction. When I met Vesana I was blown away with her attention to detail combined with her desire to have a piece fit the receiving persons meaningful intention. She gave me choices based on our conversation and was spot on! And was reasonable on pricing, still below any large retailer but the quality superseded anything I've even come close to seeing!After this process not only did she find a forever customer, the friendship bond created thru the process she now has a forever friend! Hard to find such true hearted compassionate people like her these days!Trust me only takes 1 experience and you'll never look anywhere else in the future!”

“My friend and I weren't able to make it to Brooklyn Charm in Ventura to make DIY charm bracelets so we came here instead to make stone bracelets which turned out to be such a LOVELY EXPERIENCE!! The workers were so sweet and welcoming, they gave us muffins and made us feel so comfortable at the bracelet bar. Vibes were just immaculate. They have a wide selection of stones along with a couple of charms, beads, and metal spacers. Bracelets were $55 each and they can be adjusted based on your wrist size. I recommend coming here with a friend or a small group since the shop is pretty small and there were only two seats at the bar!”

“After more than 35 years, my tiny size 4 wedding band had gotten so tight on my finger it was necessary to get it removed. I knew that I would need the ring cut off my finger due to how tight it had become. I also knew I would need an expert craftsman to get it repaired. I decided to entrust Georgiano with this job and he not only carefully cut the ring off my finger at his shop but then enlarged it a full size with such care and expert craftsmanship that you would never know it wasn't originally a size 5 ring. My band is encrusted with tiny diamonds and he took such care with it. As you can imagine, I have worn this ring on my finger for many decades without ever removing it and so naturally, I was very nervous about altering it in any way, but am happy to say that Georgiano surpassed my expectations with his artistry. He is also a lovely person and provides great customer service. I have since highly recommended him to both my family and my friends for their jewelry needs.”
