“This location offers the latest and most extended hours in the South Bay! A quaint postal outlet that features a one-stop convenience for a variety of mailing services. Great rates on private mailbox rental services, especially for the Sunnyvale area. Specializes in international shipping and receiving. This is truly an old fashioned, independent and heart felt "mom and pops" shop. So don't expect the polished glamour of the faceless corporation style commercial business; and you won't find 3 clueless kids pretending to be working there who can't answer any basic logical questions. (But also be a grownup, and don't be in a huge rush during prime hours, nor be offended by old world price haggling either.)I personally rather do business with independently owned and operated outlets, as I've had enough of the callous faceless corporations lately.”
“Highly recommend this place for passport photos! Don't waste your money like i did this past week going to other places like Walgreens! Lighting on my photo is now perfect! Very professionally taken (i could tell from the way he held his camera and handled the lighting really confidently). No wait time. Great service. Exact same reasonable price as every where else.”

“Not sure the going rate for Live Scan but for level of service- DOJ and FBI, it was $25 for the scan and $15 service fee for a total of $40. 3 % charge for credit cards. Fast and easy. Guy doesn't talk much but gets the job done.”
“I give 3 stars and only to the man that helped me on Saturday 12 /17/2022 at 9:12 am he was in a good mood and asked to please write down my name and tracking number after he found my package I let him know his buddy didn't knock and i was waiting for it all day he said a joke about me being to late to open it but i didn't really laugh because if the driver would've knocked i would've opened it specially if i was waiting for it. The picture attached shows when he looks inside and sees we are inside. Anywhoo, Thank you customer service rep i was expecting the Caucasian from a previous review and was ready to be a mean grinch but his customer service was excellent and i had nothing bad to say to this man but to the driver i wish to say if ringing the ring did not help at least 1 attempt ti knock would be nice. Luckily my ring captured that the driver did not attempt to knock so my pick up was free this time. I hope to never be in a situation like this again I will be mindful of this experience next time.”
“This is my favorite FedEx print and shipping carrier and location in the bay area! Their printer always works when you need it to and the staff is always quick and responsive, even with long lines. Friendly might I add. Today I was assisted by Zach and he deserves 5 gold stars for his superb customer service and cheerful personality that anyone could use after a long day. Pre-pandemic, this place was always packed and everyone occupied the printers and computer area. It's died down ever since so I couldn't recommend a better time to go during the day to avoid crowds.”

“We had an appointment at 11:30 but were seen ~12. Although it was lunch hour for the lady there she honored our appointment. She was friendly, helpful and quick. There are no restrooms.”
“I was not home to sign for a package so I needed to come here with a one hour window. When I arrived the man helping me was polite and fast. When he went to find my package the men working up front were friendly and funny. The whole experience took maybe 5 minutes at most.”
“The people that work here can be brusque but they're always very capable and know exactly what you need. Efficiency is just what I want from the post office.”
“There is a nice lady here. When you have issues with packaging or need help she goes out of her way to help you. I do not know her name but she is about 5'9 and Asian. Younger lady. Very considerate and helps you with amazon packaging. She would make a good manager.”
