“Jayna went above and beyond in helping me with an order. I was trying to get a sales price for something based on some online prices. I haven't encountered a sales associate at mall store or retail like her in some time! I overheard her helping an older man deciding shirt fit as well. She seems to want the best for everyone, had a positive attitude but not in a fake-friendly way. This store is out of the way for me and I had to go back twice but she made it easy for me transaction-wise and also honored an online price. She also tried to locate a sold-out item for me. I hope she is properly appreciated by her employer!”

“Very well organized, by colors, size, and pieces. The racks feel waxed and make it very easy to go through and see each piece (plus no metal screeching). It’s nice to see the brand transparency, which are visibly labeled on the price tags. There are some cool finds if you look thoroughly, but be prepared to see a LOT of low quality fast fashion brands like Shein and Cider. Overall worth a visit!”

I believe it was the manager was there, she was really helpful on picking an outfit. The sales associate that checked me out too. I was waiting to get a survey so I could give them all ten. “I have had nothing but EXTREMELY positive experiences at this Madewell. (Madewell, in general happensmy favorite brand of clothing, accessories, etc., I can't get enough) I am very happy to be a madewell insider (download their app or talk to a staff member if you want details on that)! The clothes are so stylish, minimal, can be dressed up or down, and don't even get me started on the JEANS. Madewell jeans are WORTH THE HYPE. I have become a jean obssessed hoarder haha and it is easy to do with their jeans because they have many sales throughout the year. I love that they are an extremely size inclusive brand, allowing people of all body types to wear different styles of jeans that in the past, were never available to many of us (I happen to be short and they carry short style) also have tall, and curvy jeans aswell. If they don't have your size or what you want in the store they will help order them for you. The staff aren't pushy at all with helping you size or look around even if you don't buy anything but they are always there to help happily! There have been so so so many amazing staff members here, too many to possibly name. I hope the manager sees this and knows that you have an incredible staff in this store, and this is the only madewell I ever shop at now (and look forward to going here everytime- my happy place).”

“I've been here a few times since moving to the South Bay in August. The mall is gorgeous and big but this Hollister location is a bit compact. I've noticed this with many of the stores here, they tend to run smaller than the same store in another mall. It can feel a bit cramped especially if it's busy.Today I went to return some pants that didn't fit. It was a bit complicated because I had previously exchanged them and the store was also very busy due to the holidays but the girl that helped me was super patient. When she needed the manager she didn't just call for her, she physically went and looked for her. The employees here GET THINGS DONE! The manager politely walked her through the process but they were only able to give me store credit (which was fine, they put in so much effort I really appreciated it).Before I left the register I asked if they had a certain style I had seen online in stock (I felt bad because they had already taken so much time with me) and the girl said let me check the back room for you. She didn't have any attitude or anything, even though there were so many people in line. I was impressed.She came back with the item and then asked if I'd like to try it on. I was like YES! She was so great. Whoever trains employees at this location deserves five stars. You have a great, hardworking team with lots of patience. Thank you for a great experience!”

“I made a random stop at their Manhattan Beach store (just to window shop, really) and ended up scoring some caps at the bargain price of $4. I bought everything they had. (To giveaway and all...) Caught a movie across the way and thought I'd stop here to see if they had any and they did. Bought even more. I was with my Mom and found a few things she liked. We got in line to pay, and as always, cashier asked if I was making the purchase with my Old Navy card. I told them I didn't have one. She mentioned a promo and that I'd benefit whether I get approved or not. Eh, we had time. Why not. And it wasn't long before the whole thing was over: I was approved for so-and-so amount, so I asked her to charge everything on the card. I didn't realize how much I benefitted with applying: our $130+ purchase ended up going down to $50-something and change with the discount. Super score! So glad of the stop. I will be making more stops in the future for sure!”
“I gave this store an unfavorable reviewed earlier this year due to their customer. Well this time customer service was awesome. The greeter was friendly, the cashier was engaging and patient. As I left the greeter wishes me a Merry Christmas as I exited. My cashier's name was Micai. Noticeable improvement in customer service.”

Leila customized a beautiful Guadalupe skateboard for my niece with the coolest satin black trucks, the smoothest bearings and white wheels; talk about a nice ride - love the grip tape and mix black and red hardware to match Guadalupe and trucks. She made my niece very happy. 3 days later she still loving her board and goes everywhere with it.”

“I absolutely LOVE the CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE! The Manager and staff here were very friendly and helpful the other day when I went to look for an item. I ended up buying two items and coming back a few days after to use my additional 30% coupon. So today I spent close to $300 on a bunch of clothes that I can use for winter and everyday. Selection here is incredible not to mention the great value because the prices are very affordable. I honestly am not into designer clothing so this is my favorite store and as cheesy as it sounds, I am a serious regular just because their quality and prices, plus exceptional customer service is the best. I go to many F21 locations but lately this has been my favorite.”

“Tilly's in Rolling Hills has the best customer service. I've gone in over the years to buy things for myself and my teens. The sales people are always helpful, nice but not pushy. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is I wish they had a larger selection of brands for boys/men, especially in jeans/pants. Thank you to the sales people today who helped my son and I pick an outfit to fit a theme dance! You made our day.”
