“From when I walked into the store I knew I was glad I went to Howard's. The sales person was friendly and knowledgeable. He answered my questions, led me to the products I was interested in and gave me my space to decide. I purchased a washer, dryer and dishwasher. The payment and delivery schedule was seamless. The delivery and set up was performed by two different knowledgeable pairs of technicians. They contacted me via text and phone for delivery confirmation and arrived at the scheduled times. They were very professional and made sure each appliance worked properly. I give the whole process Five Stars”

“I really enjoyed this store. There was a chair next to the counter for disabled people to sit so that's nice. The lady that helped me was so nice although a bit slow but it worth it. I paid 50 dollars out the door when the other metro I went to right before this one told me 80! And they were rude. I was pretty negative when I went in and she kept telling me to be positive which I was kinda like ya well you didn't have a horrible fighting match with another metro pcs 5 min ago. Lol but I do appreciate it because it did help me to think positive by her reminding me usually I'm the one telling people to be positive so that was funny. Lmao Anyway I recommend!”

“This review is about my family’s experience with Tae yesterday evening. My wife, son, and I came in to look into possibly trading in my wife’s and my phone and switching from Spectrum to T-Mobile. We already have a line with T-Mobile for my 7.5 y/o son, who was recently diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes and needs a phone to connect to his Continuous Glucose Monitor. We didn’t want him to be on Spectrum like us because their cell coverage is horrible where we live.I explained our situation to Tae, and he instantly got to work on getting us the best deal he could find. Boy, did he! My wife ended up walking out with an iPhone 15, and I walked out with an iPhone 15 Pro Max. We were able to finance the cases and screen protectors as well. He gave us top dollar for our old iPhones, ported over our numbers, transferred our data to the new phones, and wiped our old ones. We also qualified for free Netflix.All that, and we spent a whopping $50 and some change. Seriously, my mind was blown! I’m writing this glowing review on my amazing new iPhone 15 Max Pro, thanks to Tae. Money is tight with a newly diagnosed T1D, so we truly appreciate what you did for us! ??”

“I have been struggling with a phone lock issue for days and consumed over 5 hours of apple and TMobile support. I went into this store, and Daysha W. Greeted me and very quickly understood what was needed. She worked with me 1.5 hours and through a painful call to apple tech support. All the while, she kept her sense of humor and smile. I also appreciated the jovial spirit in the store with other employees and customers, very comfortable. In the end, she did help get me closer to resolution. Now apple support just has to review and delay 2 or 3 days to respond. Yes, they say they literally force several days for a response. Thanks, Daysha and everyone who helped.”

“Bob's Car Audio and Electronics were so helpful in fixing my son's stereo and backup camera. They got right to work on trying to address the issue. It took a little time, but they were able to get everything up and running again. It turns out they had to repair some of the wiring that was corroded from the rain. Bob's Car Audio and Electronics truly stand by their products. A big thank you to Bob and his wonderful team for taking care of the problem for us. My son can continue to drive around the city a little safer, since his backup camera is back up and running.”

“I have bought 3 different rear view mirrors with camera from "Rydeen Mobile Electronics". Their products, for 3 different car makers, ALWAYS worked flawlessly.My daughter recently had a minor problem with one of the mirrors (attachment to mirror problem). I called the company, spoke to Mr Ruben, and that same day he mailed my daughter a replacement part. From Mr Ruben there were no questions such as ""Were you in an accident.. Did you register the product?.. How long ago did you buy this?..Did you abuse, ore were rough with the product?.. Was it installed properly by a professional installer?, we did not make the part it was made in??? etc etc.." Just.. "WE WILL MAIL YOU THE REPLACEMENT PART!" And the replacement part was expedited mailed to my daughter. I have not had better costumer service in YEARS, and I am 72 years old!!”

“These folks are dealers and manufacturers of radio gear, along with all the mounting and cabinetry needed, a complete design shop. They also have radio networks that cover all of L.A. and sell airtime on them. If you go there, ask about the radio museum in the back, amazing collection of radio history, Bob B is only too happy to show it to interested visitors. BTDT.”

“Fanny is AWESOME! She was very patient & professional throughout the entire nightmare I was having trying to transfer from Simple Mobile. It took several visits to solve this and to also apply & get approved for the ACP discount program.My only reason for a 4 instead of a 5 is the lack of clarity on the ACP results. I had to poke around on the Metro app to find out that the discount will not be applied for 1-2 billing cycles! And I can't tell if the program has been applied to my account or not, even though it was approved.Just in case, I filled out the ACP form on the Metro app for my account and got an error message to try again later. Does that mean the info is already in there or what? Do I have to process that form again on the Metro app? A day or so later, I got an email from the ACP program saying I haven't applied yet, even though approved! So back to the Metro app and this time the form went through.Another day or so later was notified from Metro that everything was set up and the discount would be applied to the next billing cycle in a few weeks. So be patient! It takes a few days or so for everything to get set up.So far, the service & connection has been great. Good thing, cuz I really don't want to go through another nightmare of switching carriers and not having cell service for MANY days! ?”

“I was on the way to the mall when I had this sudden urge for one of those taquito rolls they sell. Luckily, this was in on the way. Talk about convenient! I came through and thought might as well get something to wash it all down. Grabbed a Gatorade, walked up front and started taking my pick on which one(s) to get. They had 3 different kinds available at the time, and at $3.49/3, I might as well try all of them. In the middle of all that, I can hear the cashier greeting all customers coming in as well as well-wishes for those walking out. I also heard her talking to a customer paying about downloading the app. (My immediate thought was, "They have an app?!?" Followed with, "Who doesn't, nowadays?!") Anyway! She convinced me to download it because everything I buy for that day will be discounted. So, I did, because YAY FOR DISCOUNTS!!! (It was worth it, for sure.) Typical of most 7-Elevens I've been to. They pretty much carry the same products. The up here is how friendly the cashier is. She's the reason for the extra star. Taquitos/Rolls were as expected, but it truly hit the spot for satisfying that urge. I swear, my palate has bizarre moods sometimes... Good first run. There will be others.”

“This has been one of my 7 eleven stores for the past six years. They have never disappointed me. Every time I come in, I'm greeted with a friendly smile, and hot coffee is always available no matter what time I come in. What stood out to me is. One day I came in, and no hot coffee was ready, which rarely happens. They made a fresh pot for me to start my graveyard shift. I'm very grateful for them to accommodate me as graveyard shift worker.”

“I have to put in a good word for these folks. They're all very knowledgeable and helpful and kind. I had a very good experience working with Rick and I got the free iPhone and the free iPad and I am thrilled beyond measure. I'm a bit of a novice, but I was very impressed with the technological gyrations they had to go through. I would be stumped. I've made appointments for a couple of visits. It did take a couple of visits. First time I went in, got in pretty much right away, and we took care of some business and then I went and had some lunch and I think I came back the next day too and then I came back another day to bring my phone in and get the iPad hooked up. I also have to say that their wireless modem is the easiest thing I've ever done. It's about 32 $42 and then I think you're done with it and it's a nice white box. All you do is put in the password and boom it's working. I don't know why they got bad reviews, but I certainly have to say I am very pleased with the service”

“Changing over to T-Mobile was the best decision I have made in a long time and I did and do appreciate the service that was given as soon as I walked in the front door.
