“If you don't want to go to Home Depot because it's a nightmare to park there you don't get any help waste the whole day, then go to Woods Ace Hardware. It is so conveniently located. There is always parking right by the entrance. No lines and you can get what you need and sometimes they have really good sales the people there are super sweet and very friendly and helpful! So no matter what direction you're coming from you're on sepulveda and Anza so you can easily get in and get out of there which is the best part! You can get what you need within 15 minutes rather than wasting your whole day trying to save money by going to Walmart or Home Depot. When you're working on a house you don't have time to drive far not have any help or be trapped in a parking lot. Plus it's right next to Dollar tree so you can do tons of shopping that's fast easy and convenient.”

“Found some hard to find M4 * 4mm screws here and they were just down the street from me. These are not widely available online, Lowe's and Home Depot showed that their smallest length was 8mm and many of the online orders I placed were cancelled due to their associates not being able to find the screws.Friendly and nice staff! I was in and out of there in 10 minutes! $10 minimum for card purchases.”

Don't waste your time, money and energy going to those Big Box retailers, because you will never get great customer service like Dunn-Edwards. This is my second time coming back and I had the pleasure to work with Ms. Monica. The moment I entered the store she greeted me with a beautiful and pleasant smile, mind you, I never met her before. Right away she asked what type of paint I was looking for and I had also brought in a sample of the interior paint I needed. Within a short time she got me the right paint and the overall experience was excellent. Again, I don't mind paying a little more for high quality paint and above all it's a great value because in the end this quality paint last longer. Last, the store is super clean and organized and I am happy to spend my money here becauseI can assure you, no way, you will get this high level of customer service elsewhere. I placed and order online for two slide doors and did not realized I had not order all the pieces I need it. Ask him for help, he was very patient and contacted the N.C. offices just to verify the parts I need it to order. unfortunately the pieces I need it were out of stock in Torrance but he also help me place the new order and got it ship to my shop. It was the first time ordering through Hafele, definitely will order more stuff soon. Ali's costumer service was beyond what I expected, he has a great welcoming attitude, hes' an excellent employee.
