“I work around the corner and I wanted to grab a cup of noodles. I left with 4 tamales. They have a good selection of tamales, at least 6 different kinds. I got cheese, chicken verde and strawberry, and they're so good that I wanted to leave a review. If you like strawberry, you should definitely try it once.”
“The best family-feel neighborhood corner store EVER. First off, it's owned by a family of amazing people that have become part of MY family. They chat with everyone uniquely because they actually care to know everyone, in addition to them being cool, charismatic people. Selection is GREAT. If you don't see something you're interested in, ask. There's a decent chance they'll get it for you, esp if you're a regular. They've got a cigar room- thing. I could go on, but you get the idea. “Trader Joe's is a fun, supermarket that has the best gifts, foods, flowers, teas, greeting cards, desserts, coffee, mints, water, shopping bags, gummi candy, juices, energy shots, etc. When I shop at Trader Joe's it feels like I am on a grocery hunt- checking out the new products and picking up my favorite foods. I was blessed to meet Kate- I was looking for a few items and she helped me locate some and told me when the others would be in stock.. Kate you're great and I am glad that I met you today, thanks for your help!! If you want to know the funny, full of life and bubbly duo seek out Adrian and Laura both are full of comedy, talkative and well rounded!! “Just did a Gopuff pickup at this BevMo. Funny enough, it was the opposite of the other BevMo pickup. You enter the front, and they make you go to the back and ring a doorbell for your pickup. The pickup was quick and easy. I was probably inside for 2 minutes or 3 minutes tops. Would recommend Gopuff and BevMo, especially if you're in a rush and trying to just pick up something on the way to a party.”

“Mr. K's does not look like much from the exterior, but it is a super liquor store. You want it, I bet they have it. Of course they have the typical things that liquor stores carry like sodas and snacks, beer and cheap wine, but they also have great wine and some of the best selection of bourbons and tequilas I have seen in a quaint liquor store. Their prices are super reasonable and the service is just so nice. We have been a few times now and each time the staff was so helpful. You will really like this liquor store. They have it all.”

I haven't been treated bad here but I guess I'll buy something next time to see if they overcharge or try to add hidden fees as the majority of the reviews said. “This is one of the last authentic Liquor stores that I feel is left in our neighborhood it has been there for over 50 years there are no cages big windows when you go to check out just a very nice friendly atmosphere from the owner to the employees if you want to purchase something and have a conversation that’s exactly what well happen if you want to stop in and say hello anyone of the team members will stop what they’re doing and chat with you it hasn’t changed much other than the name which used to be Yukon liquor and Then ABC liquor store they are fully supplied with everything from ice cream candy bars cold beverages of your choice and of course a friendly hello and goodbye and thank you for coming. it’s definitely part of The north Torrance family I have nothing to say but good things about every single person working there specially the owner he will go out of his way to make you comfortable and make sure your needs are fulfilled Five stars all the way. And thank you very much to you and all of your staff for your kindness and being helpful to find what you need it really is a one stop shop store. For those who are passing through I know you will remember to stop here again for those who are locals we know exactly where to go to Lucky dog liquor and Mart is within your reach for most of the neighborhood it is walking distance which gives you away and give you a little bit of incentive to walk instead of drive for your Health unless you’re in a hurry either way they will accommodate your needs all you have to do is ask.
