“Doing great for not having a store manager since October! I think they are hiring for one but the rest of the staff is still very helpful and kind despite.It would be amazing if a corporation this large put a huge amount toward hiring and helping to place employees in areas fully. Our community has a housing crisis and are an extreme example in the state regarding pay, staffing and housing. Not sure they will easily find someone to take the role on without subsidizing this accordingly and holistically. Thanks!”

“Maybe I've just been lucky, but have had pretty great service in Truckee with Sudden Link/Optimum. Internet is fast and they come when they say they will. There is the occasional outage due to storms, but I get text messages that keep me updated and it goes back up pretty quickly.”

“We are delighted with Oasis Broadband’s upgrade. The initial installation cost was well worth it. We ise our Lake Tahoe Meeks Bay house for short term vacation rentals. Before we adopted Oasis we had constant problems with two other internet providers. Oasis has been a blessing. The difference, however, between the old and new upgraded Oasis is dramatic. Guests in the past occasionally complained that movie streaming was sometimes paused during peak hours. Not anymore. It has been so successful that we have cut the cord to cable tv and rely emtirely on streaming, saving us over $100/mo.I strongly urge everyone to invest in the new upgrade.”
